We had our old washer for so many years and the new one we got delivered is amazing! No more unnecessary hunk of plastic in the middle taking up space and ripping loose strings on jackets and aprons the delivery driver did an amazing job and was really nice! I will come back to shop :)

They are losing my business. They won't return anything over 90 day even wit a receipt and won't return brand new unopened in the package materials at all without a receipt. As a contractor I buy a lot of stuff. Most of it I can keep for the next job. some stuff is specialized and I want to return it - they won't take it back. BULL

We visited the store this week to complete the kitchen remodeling project. We found the tile, knobs and handles, and InsSinkErator unit we needed. In and out in 25 minutes!

No receipt no refund even the product is brand new and unopened. Go home find receipt (about 30 minutes). Come back a few weeks latter - NO RETURNS AFTER 90 DAYS! HOW ABOUT NEVER SHOP AT HD AGAIN!

I am so happy to have this HD close to my house. I have undertaken many home repair tasks since my hub passed. I credit quite a few employees of this HD with the success I have had completing those tasks. Great management, staff and they let me bring my pup! Thanks for all of that!

NEW RETURN POLICY SUCKS!!!! You can keep your product. I will shop anywhere else if possible.

An associate helped me find what I needed very fast

This Home Depot store has the cleanest environment, with mostly friendly staff. Staff is helpful and professional.

The Hardware department on 12/11 @ 4:30, pm. Rude, not interested and unhelpful. Customers should not be treated as if they are a interruption. I am done with Home Depot. Other options exist and personally, I have had a much better experience with them.

Dont go here if your in a hurry!

Love this store! Convenient north Phoenix location right off I-17; always staff nearby to help you find what you need. More knowledgeable staff than any other store I’ve been in. (Other stores you can’t find anyone to help & when you do they don’t know very much about what they sell or how to use it. Unlike some stores the people working the return counter and help desk (both right inside the near entrance) are friendly & helpful! Never long lines to check out even though it’s a pretty busy store. I shop here multiple times a week.

I asked for help 3 times,but not one person came to help.

Each time I've come to this site it's busy. However, the lines move fast and I am able to check out quickly. Most of the employees are helpful and friendly.

Please hire employee that are customer service trained . Me asking a question should not have her make me feel like I’m stupid. Totally rude! This has happened twice. Same location same women

Good products always fair prices

We went to Home Depot to purchase a Starlinks Internet system. It required speaking to over half a dozen employees before we got directed to where the product might be located. Several employees told us they had none in stock. We knew they were wrong and ignored them. It turned out the product is popular among thieves so they kept it locked up in a secret location. As we left the store, two things stood out. The parking lot looked like a road in a third world country, full of holes and loose gravel. It hadn't been repaved in decades. They also had rented some type of security trailer with a long pole with video cameras on top, to film all the thieves as they leave the store without paying for their merchandise. We realized we need to shop only at Home Depot's further into the suburbs, in better neighborhoods. We felt like we had entered a crime scene.

If you know what you need and wonder which location is best suited for your needs. Thunderbird & i-17 home depot is by far worth the drive. Always a crowd pleaser with friendly/knowledgeable staff. I'll be a repeat customer for life.

I go to the store on Thunderbird and the I-17 because the staff is always so helpful.

Between one of their managers, Pablo and co-workers, Nani, Christina and Colton....this is such a great store to shop at. It is always so great to see the same employees year after year because they make you feel welcomed every time you walk in. Always professional and helpful. Their patience and smiles make going to Home Depot fun

Your help at store goes out of there way to help me if I can not locate a product.

0468 is a HEAVILY TRAFFICED STORE yet they are Diligent to keep it stocked and clean.

I don’t often go to Home Depot anymore. When my husband and I first came to Phoenix, it was a wonderful store the one up on Thunderbird and Cave Creek. Back then the associates were cross strained. We could get any question answered and they always had the things we needed on that particular trip anyway. Now the people at Home Depot are not cross trained. You can’t find anybody when you need somebody and it’s just disheartening especially when you’re in a hurry and you can’t find anybody to help you. I had the pleasure of speaking to an associate yesterday. Her name is precious, a cute name for a very cute associate. Happened at Oscar a couple of questions however, Home Depot did not have what I needed. But I need other things and precious eager to help me. Actually, she helped me for about 45 minutes before I got every thing purchased at one time. She was just so pleasant to deal with and knew a lot about where stock was what isle it was on and so forth. I want her to be recognized by her superiors. It would be a total shame if she did not get the recognition that she fully deserves. You are lucky to have precious as an associate.

The Thunderbird store is close to me and has always has what I needed . The staff is always eager to help. I do go to the one in Flagstaff, AZ too.

It just happened yesterday when I had full loaded truck of stuffs that needed to be returned after months of a long project. I had to down load 4 palettes of cement concretes. lt came with me with so many pvc pipes,metal bars, screws, things that I didn't know what was it because my staffs bought them. I cam to "return dept" where Carla's station. She had helped me sort out all the headaches, what products were purchased with which credit cards, on and on, I had to handed her a stack on my credit cards, Carla helped me to figure out ! In short, Carlo she was so incredibly patience, very details oriented ,she works hard. She is the best !

Respectful employees, clean, all around great experience

Items that I was seeking were on sale and obtained a good price. There were many associates avialable to assist. Cashier was friendly. A different cashier thanked me for coming.

I had a good experience with an employee that should be recognized her name is Ber. I also have an issue with employees that do not have a capability to open the items that are locked up. It would be nice if the employees had more keys to unlock items to make the satisfying although this is not a big deal, Home Depot is awesome.

Every time I go there the customer service sucks, employees walk by you like you don't exist. They don't mind talking to each other or the phones. And customers get ignored I've witnessed it and experience this.
