I bought a ZTrak Lawn Mower yesterday and the young man and lady that helped me were awesome in fact the whole team in the customer service department were. James and Jenny did an amazing job helping me out the purchase I made today. Thank You Guys!

Very poor service from Karen at the self checkout.

Labels that are not on the right place. Came to the store and found an air purifier in the clearance section. The price on it said $89 and there were more than one. I looked at the reviews while at the store found out it was a good buy. I decided to put it in my cart and came to the front to pay. Needless to say the item scanned at a different price. The cashier tried to fix it but we had trouble with the register. We moved to another register and another person came by and he would not change the price like the other cashier did. They told me that the item was scanning for 349 or 300 and something I told him there was more than one and they all had the Same price on them. They called a manager who didn’t care to listen to me just took the item away when I told her I didn’t wanna pay full price because it wasn’t my fault.

The employees are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have exactly what you need and they get you the best quality for the best price. Thank you to all the Home Depot employees.

Went in on a Saturday, very busy, yet everyone I approached, actually smiled. As a women walking into a 'man's' store, I left feeling as if I can actually do this!!

The sound system in the store is terribly distorted (akin to fingernails on a chalkboard) and has been that way for over 3 months. It makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience . After spending a short amount of time in the store I just want to get out quickly. The worse part was the view of management that Home Depot will not fix it because it was too expensive. My take: if you can't afford to to maintain the system then turn of the music. Why subject customers to that noise.

Great staff! This location has some of the best employees. I frequent big box stores at least five times a week due to my hobbies and I struggle at the big blue to get help with anything that I need yeah every time I walk into this particular Home Depot I am greed it warmly and the staff always goes above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I have started to learn some of their names due to my frequent visits and a huge shout out to Joshua and Alejandra for being so awesome! Home Depot on 249 and Jones really do value the guest experience and it shows! I was not paid or incentivized to write this review. I

Being somebody that travels around the country for their job, this is by far a substantial Home Depot in quality and courtesy

We purchased two different mirrors for our bathroom. We chose one, returned the other and purchased a second of the one we chose. The employees were friendly and helpful. The mirror quality was great, the price was excellent and we are happy with our purchase.

On line ordering pick up system is very good.

I bought this pocket juice 20000MAH on august 8th and it stopped working about 2 months later brought it back to the store with a receipt and Germaine the customer service representative left a bad impression for your company. She was not wanting to help me. She was trying to argue with me the whole time. After we’re done she started talking trash behind my back. Not how customer service reps are supposed to acted in any service industry. She needs to get some empathy and self recognition training to be sensative to her customers needs. I even tried to have small talk with her and she was still rude and cold. Will not shop at location 21530 sh 249 Houston tx 77070 ever again. As mentioned before I own Home Depot stock I will be selling to buy Lowe’s stock. Horrible customer experience. Will not recommend any one to shop there. In the end it was exchanged out for a smaller same price power bank… I just wanted something like it or the same product.

The store on 249 is my home store. They know me and are always willing to help.

This Home Depot is good only if you find the right person to help you. I found one in a million, Mr. Marx, a young man who knew his area well and helped me with solutions. I will say I asked 4 people for help before finding Aurelio Marx. They all gave short answers which were wrong and kept walking except for one woman who did try to page someone. I finally found help on my own and he was great!

Home Depot is my Go-To for most all home improvement purchases. My most recent purchase was for an exterior front entrance door and the folks in the Mill Works department were exceptional and patient as we went thru the process.

Its always fun, and i can take my dog!

The employees were helpful and friendly. Dan in plumbing made my purchases easy to find as he walked with me to every item on my list. My husband shops at this store at least 4-5 times a week. He is a woodworker and handy man so he needs Home Depot almost daily.

Denise in flooring needs to be fired. Terrible customer service. Nobody here wants to do their job. Employees literally saw me walking up to them and turned around an ran.

NATE SMITH HANDLED THE SITUATION WITH EXCELENCE. THE JOB HE DID FROM THE TIME I SPOKE TO HOM OVER THE PHONE ALL THE WAY TO THE STORE WAS EXCELLENT.

This store was clean, along the women's restroom. There were associates everyone working or stocking the shelves. When I pass several associates they spoke and asked if I need help. I also meant the asst. store manager, who was aware of the minor problem that I was having and that was taken care of.

Thank you to the Tomball Home Depot team for coming out to work in such horrible weather and bringing a smile to their customers. I was very surprised to see the effort put into making sure customers got the products needed. they spent time to listen to our problems and answer questions. appreciate it a lot!!!!

I stopped going to this location about 9 years ago because of bad customer service. Then things changed and it was greatly improved for some recent years. Sadly, customer service is taking a turn for the worse again. Rude and arrogant returns person today. Cant find sales associate to locate item.
