Both Hamilton and Jeff did nothing to help me when your deliver broke the thing under the sink!

What ever you do, don't need them (store #6512), after a huge purchase. They'll assist you differently then they did during the Sell, their not as motivated to assist you afterwards.

Visited the Home Depot at 21530 SH 249 Louis gave us great service. It was near closing time but he stopped what he was doing and got the parts I needed to finish a project. High product knowledge and good communicator.

I bought a new GE cook top on line because GE did stock the parts I need for my cook top. I ordered a new GE cook top from Home Depot on line. I found the parts I needed to repair my cook top from another web site. When I took back the new GE cook top I was told by the sales associate I could not return it. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and he would not come out of the office. He kept communicating through the sales associate. Very poor customer service.

the Tomball home depot is a great place to shop

This is the most well run home depot I've been to and I'm glad it's in my neighborhood. I had to pick out gutters for a contractor and Gigi made a difficult process easy and a good experience. Other employees made other purchases easy as well. The people here are awesome and I always like coming here.

Everyone was helpful, especially Sylvia in appliances who was patient and knowledgeable. All around pleasant experience.

my home has flooded five times and had to rebuild each time. I have always gone to Home Depot for most of my needs to put my home back together. Each time every employee from the store has helped me find what I needed whether it be electrical, plumbing, fencing, plants, yard needs, parts for water well and many other items. Each employee has gone out of their way to help me. The cashers and customer service employees have always been friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice store. You can find everything you look for. People are very friendly and helpful. I like shopping in here.

I was very impressed with the customer service, I also appreciated the fact that I did not have to walk around and find someone to help me.

There is a lady by the name of Germaine working here. She is always smiling and act happy. Today she was very helpful when I needed to buy a BBQ Grill for my son. Because I needed especial help I went straight to her. She was very kind, very patient and very knowledgeable of the process to follow. I wish everybody at Home Depot would act like Germaine in all locations. It's not fun when someone is grumpy or unwilling to help! But when I am treated especially the way germaine did today, then, I feel happy buying and paying for my merchandise. I came out of the store with a big smile!

Mr. Naustdal in Customer Relations was extremely helpful in correcting some problems that occurred with our order. Mr. Azar in Appliances was also extremely helpful.

They help me right way

Had a return that took 30 minutes to complete because an associate REFUSED to allow more knowledgeable associates assistance

I had a particularly poor experience in this store. i purchased 10 bags of mulch at the checkout inside the store. I then went to the outside of the store to retrieve this merchandise. I heard an employee yelling something about mulch, but didn't understand the message. shortly after, i located the product that I intended to purchase. I parked next to the mulch and started to load it (as i've done dozens of times before). it was then that i notice a home depot employee walking towards me with another employee. He was smoking a cigarette and yells at me "what part of I don't have any mulch out here to sell; do you not understand?" I explained that I had already purchased the items and produced my receipt for his inspection. He tells me that I can't get that mulch. I would have to go into the store and load the mulch. He said i could ask for help inside. I parked near the entrance to the closed garden center. I had a difficult time explaining to the customer service lady that I was returning mulch I didn't possess. She politely tried to explain to me to just pick it up on the side of the building. She left to sort it out and returned with the aforementioned king of the garden center. He had apparently completed his smoke by then. He gave an excuse about the drive through not being opened. He was also quick to remind me that he didn't approve of where I left my truck while I was in the store. I left a survey describing these events. That survey fell on deaf ears.

Thonie is flooring made our shopping experience easier. She was knowledgeable about the products and department and assisted us with making great decisions about our purchase. She went above and beyond to assist us with securing all the products we need for the job. She hands down, providetprovide us the best shoppingbshopping experienceeexperience we ever had at Home Depot ever. Ask for Thonie in flooring she is amazingly knowledgeable , professional and friendly.

Associates wore mask . Carts are sanitized . Cashiers are organized and very helpful to the customer at check out. Clean and organized stocks. Will shop here again.
