The store itself is clean and somewhat stocked based on current Pandemic condition, the issue with this store is never having someone available whether its during the day or evening, weekday or weekend, to re-key locks purchased in this store.... why is that? There are other areas that have the missing 'authorized' person on shift.... train more people to be able to support the customers' need. That is why you are in business

Staff was very helpful and not hard to find. They actually put in the effort to help unlike other locations I have been to.

The best home store employees that I have met

Not providing standard safe conditions to avoid spread of covid-19. No social distancing signs in checkout line. Only one checkout line for entire store for all types of checkouts, i.e.self checkout and maned checkout. No sanitizing of self checkout stations. No sanitizer for customers, since no sanitizing is being done on self checkout stations. Reported safety issues to staff monitoring exit and store management, no action taken.

Great store with great employees. I think all Home Depot’s are the same it’s the employee that makes the difference and this store have someone of the most courteous employees. You can be a novice or amateur they are always there to help you with any project!!

Very short handed. Lines a check out were incredibly long. Short on inventory on many lumber items. And if you buy building materials or electrical and are a veteran, you may NOT get your 10% discount. It depends on if Home Depot is making any money. If they are, you get the discount. If they're not, they you don't. When will you know that? At check-out. Sweet huh? NOT!

The Tomball Home Depot has been my go-to spot for home, gardening and repair needs for 6 years. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Even during these uncertain times, they greeted us outside with baskets and wore masks to ensure customers were comfortable and safe.

Thank you Home Depot for putting up plastic barriers in departments and at check out. Also for controlling store occupancy and having employees wear masks. It helps keep customers and staff safe. We were fortunate to sell our home in another state and buy one in our new location, but it coincided with covid. We need lots of repairs before move in. We moved due to a family members lung condition so having others be considerate by helping us keep safe is very important and by doing so we were able to get done what is needed,

The staff wore masks and there were employees controlling the number of customers entering at one time and we are very grateful. Also a number of departments and cashiers had plastic barriers installed to keep customers and staff safe.

I highly recommend this HD location. they are always so helpful, friendly, efficient. I have been going to this location for over a year and never once did I have a bad experience. Workers care and they visit with me when I am in there. When I have been in need of help, they are right there. Also, the garden workers are so helpful telling me what plants are on sale.

The store is always clean and organized. It is not the closest store to my home, but I like the atmosphere at this location. The sales people are helpful, even with dumb questions.

Very good customer service

I am a member of the garden club and I frequently visit the garden dept., especially when they send me a coupon for $10 off a purchase of $100. I was impressed to find that they had installed a little house like thing for the garden dept. checker to stay in. When the weather is bad they have cover, a heater, a fan and AC, just awesome for the garden dept. checker.

This is a Wonderful store! the shelves are full and the workers are friendly. The managers are very helpful and always willing to listen to problems and make things right. Manager Norman is a burst of sunshine!

Going to the DIY stores is often a task in just navigating the aisles much less finding what you actually need. The Home Depot has a Manager and Department Managers along with a very competent staff that has a complete understanding of what customer service actually is and it exists at this store.

This store is the only Home Depot Store in the Houston Area that is extremely clean, well organized, with great team members that provide excellent customer service.

My wife and I had a pleasant experience with the Salesperson, Sylvia. She was friendly, professional and courteous.
