The products were fairly easy to find. I got assistance to find my items. The store was clean. The associates were friendly and helpful.

Excellent service! Alla was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with our 2 Ring floodlight camera purchases and a Ring doorbell.

I purchased a washing machine, including home delivery and installation. There was not therefore an issue of instore stock of the item purchased. The survey questions did not allow me to indicate this. Perhaps a question to identify the item purchased, might get around the issue of stocking.. This might bring up the questions of delivery on time, proper installation,, no scratches, everything works and the removal of the old machine. All of these items were complete and highly satisfactory...

The store is very clean.Its irritating when you can't find an employee. Then after walking around and finally finding someone they are unable to tell you where to find the yard supplies I needed. Checking out was quick and very friendly

I had an amazing experience in this branch. I need to fix a device in our home and I need a professional technician to help me for that. I went to this branch and asked for help. One of the employees came to help me. He acts like he knows me and we are old friends. He answered all of my questions patiently. He printed out the schematic detailed map of the device (that I couldn't find online) and he went above and beyond my expectation. I really appreciate this kind of customer service.

The products I was looking for were easy to find. I required assistance from a employee too find items. The store was clean. The associates were friendly and helpful.

An average person doesn't' know where to look for a product in a store. Many times, it is hard to find someone to help. And when you do find, he or she will announce for help, but help does not show up soon enough that I end up walking away. I have been to this Homer Depot many times, and I have been able to get help. There is no doubt that the employees are helpful at this store. But often it is not enough to know the isle number. It would be helpful if the employee walk with the customer and shows the product being looked for. Generally speaking, I have been satisfied, but there is room for improvement.

Emily at the Torrance HD appliance department is the go to person if you need anything. She is knowledge and extremely helpful to resolve your needs. Other employees in the store went to her for an answer as well.

Lots of friendly staff and good people work there:)

I picked up my online order of string lights at this HD store but found the sockets were of a smaller size than expected. Returned and was referred to an electrical associate Jesse. He was very friendly, introduced me various options, and selected the exact type I had been looking for. Totally satisfied.

I am not related to him in any way, he's not a friend or friend of my kids... Before I left your parking lot nearing 10:00 pm I drove to find Mr. TYLER and thank him for his help and attitude... He should be your employee of the month and year. I never have had a better experience with one of your employees from Az, Ut, Ca and elsewhere for over 25 years... Don't lose him... Its true that one employee does not represent the whole of an operation, but the rude behavior and unprofessional attitude of this employee confirms a deeper problem at issue which ultimately holds management responsible for failure to hire, train and maintain a certain level of quality. This employee does not deserve to be called an associate, glad to share further information with anyone who may have interest in looking into this persons performance with my personal experience.

Torrance Home Depot is the best Home Depot store that I have ever been to. The customer service is great. They are super helpful. There is always so many people willing and ready to help. They also have great associates in each department that are very knowledgeable.

Today, ALEX in the paint department spent extra time helping me

Walked up to Wade (african american guy in door dept) who was typing at his computer. It was obvious I had a question, and he kept typing away with zero acknowledgment. After about 20-30 seconds- HE JUST LOOKS UP AND DOES NOT SAY A WORD, SIMPLY STARES AT ME AS IF TO NONVERBALLY ASK WHAT I WANT. I simply walk away and find another associate to help me. Please kindly remind Wade that this is a customer facing, customer service job. No need to get butt hurt if customers have questions.
