Going to home depot for a mother who doesn't know too much about home repairs or other projects can be intimidating. However, Anthony from the Lumber Dept at this Tracy Store was very helpful and got me the items I needed plus he even recommended other tools I may need for my project. He explained the process which made me understand clearly exactly what I needed. Glad that this store has friendly and knowledgable associates, it makes all the difference.

Got 5 bags of mulch for $10...hard to pass up!!!!!

I've been re-doing my back yard for several weeks now and each time I go into the Home Depot garden area I can almost guaranty that the products I need are out of stock and no ones know when they will be in! There is never anyone available to help me ( a 69 yr. old woman) load retainer stones and bags of potting soil. If there were another large home improvement store in Tracy, I would NOT shop at Home Depot!

Employees, if you see a customer walking back and forth with that confused look on their face, that means offer help. The key is having everyone who walks inside leaving having purchase items they came in looking for and making money for Home Depot. Take some time and learn what is on what isle.

This is our first kitchen remodeling project, Ali the kitchen and bath designer who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She guided us through out the whole process like: door styles, materials, matching flooring and backsplash style and picking our new quartz countertop for our new kitchen. Her design is beautiful too. We have learned so much from Ali and are feeling really lucky to have her as our guidance and designer. She has tons of patience with us while we were switching from one cabinet style to another few times during our every visit. She smiles and answer all the questions being asked. She went extra mile to help us research the materials and sizes that will best fit our needs and budget. Thanks Ali !! I can't wait to see the completion of my new kitchen.

The store was tidy and clean and all of the shelves were stocked and the store clerks were nice and helpful as always.

I had a plumbing task to do and I was not confident about it as I walked into Home Depot. Then, I met Russ in the plumbing area who talked me through everything I needed to do. He also showed me what I needed to buy and then demonstrated how I should go about the task. I could not have asked for a better experience. I left the store with lots of confidence and went home and efficient got the job done. No leaks! Thanks to Russ!!!

Very Friendly , and more than willing to help you if needed. I usually enjoy shopping there being a home owner I always need something. Although this time, I was in a hurry and asked for help from an associate. He made my trip quick and easy. I forgot to get the gentleman's name to recognize him.

Store is ran good, kinda hard to get someone to get an item off a high shelf. Clearance items should be discounted more.

Associate Eliza was very professional and responsive to our needs. For one that has only been with THD for 8 months, she is very knowledgeable about appliances. I would recommend Tracy THD to family and friends.

The Store is great but the problem is, you will see too many store associate walking around and help will not reach to you when you need them. Cashiers are always fine doing the great job

Garden shopping is always great. Most departments are easy to get help except carpet, appliances ect, never get help or find someone to help. One person asked if I was a home owner, I said no, but I lived with my sister and could get and do things for the house. She turned around and walked away and did not help me. I will never go to that department again.

Associate (Caroline) was very helpful with our needs, which was bathroom remodeling.

I placed an order via telephone and when I arrived at the Customer Service Desk I feared I did not have the right tile color. The customer service representative was more than willing to open the box and when I stated I didn't think that was the correct color she did further research and contacted the manager of the tile department. Both women were extremely willing to help and see to it that I left the store with the correct color. Very happy with the customer service I received

The store was very clean, products were displayed in a "make sense" manner and the associates approached me to ask if assistance was needed. The store manager Cecilia got involved to assist with my purchase requests and she provided excellent guidance for everything I needed.

Diane in kitchen design has been so helpful through out our kitchen remodel. We have made many changes and she has offered useful suggestions all along the way.

I had to ask 3 people for help. They did not know where the product was or could not find someone to help me. Also make sure to check the prices on the web site. They are different pay more in store????

The people at the store are very helpful in assisting and providing helpful suggestions. Which makes it easier for me to find the right product that I'm looking for. This is reason I always come to shop.

Home Depot is my preferred store for hardware and building supplies because of the wide range of product. I am familiar enough with the layout of the store that I can get to pretty much anything without associate help, but for a newer shopper or a person with something very specific to shop for, it might be helpful to have a more detailed locator for specific items that includes brands, prices, etc so that one can be more focused without having to rely on an associate. At this Home Depot, I have rarely had trouble locating an associate when needed, and in my typical visit I am asked by passing associates if I have found what I am looking for, which I like. The self checkout is a plus since it gets me out the door that much quicker. Being a woodworker, I would like to see a better selection of craft woods and dimensional hardwood.

The few employees they have are very unfriendly. I feel like self checkout is friendlier then real cashiers

I would like to commend the willingness to help of BRIAN (LUMBER/MAINTENANCE). He's like a PRO. He teaches me a lot. Michelle a friendly associate always willing to help me. There are asset to Homedepot.

I can find the things I want. The guys working there help me find what I want.
