Monica in kitchen design led me through planning, design, choosing quality cabinets and countertops for a complete kitchen do over. She was creative, flexible and asked all the right questions leading to a quality kitchen. I cannot say the same for your delivery supplier, as a few damaged in transit cabinets needed replacing. But Monica expedited replacements with the manufacturer and the job was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Plus, your appliances all were perfect, well described and within my budget.

Becky was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to fix my mom’s deck. After using all the products, it looks amazing and I am so happy I was able to help my mom clean up her deck!

Riley ( new guy ) was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Made sure we had all our plumbing needs for a specific project. We were very patient with him still learning the store but he did not steer us wrong!

Staff were friendly, professional, helpful, knew what I was looking for, took me to product. Check out was done quickly. Asked if we were Veterans, gave us a discount for our purchase & thanked us for our service.

I got on the website to see about purchasing an item and was elated when they said they could deliver to my home that day. I got home from work and item had not arrived. I waited 2 more days to see if it would arrive and nothing. I went in to my account to track item and found out it was canceled no email and no reason why they could leave the item plus no refund. I did an online chat and was told the could not deliver for another 4 days and gave me the option to pickup at store. I did pickup at the store because I was not convinced they would deliver when they said. I ended up returning the item because it did not work. It was a Christmas tree collar that was hexagon shape made out of burlap. It was flimsy, cheap looking and didn't fit and yes my tree was within the size limit.

John in appliances was simply the best , great skills and product knowledge . Took good care of me and showed me how to get xtra discounts. Service the way it should be !!

The service rep guy went above and beyond what most service reps would do. He needs a raise.

Every time I go there I’m usually in and out in a decent amount of time. The guys in the lumber area were very helpful.

Spent the first 10 minutes trying to locate the items I wanted to purchase, was then asked by Steve if he could help and I was most happy to let him. He was helpful and talkative and friendly and made sure I had the right items.

I need a copy of my installation measurements taken on 8/3/25. I paid $35 for the measurements. 5883 Andorra Drive Unit D 5, Williamsburg, Michigan. Traverse City Home Depot. Need to make decisions on carpet pricing at the store.

Cannot trust the delivery date. You make plans around a delivery date and then it’s cancelled.

Took them forever to get in touch with me after the job was measured. Short staffed, very busy etc.

I shop at Home Depot down in Novi, Northville, and Traverse City. All of them have been wonderful to work with. Bruce in Traverse City is always willing to help locating items and loading our vehicles with the purchases. The paint department is absolutely wonderful, and my dog always gets a treat from them! Thank you, Bruce.!!!

I shopped for a gas grill online and found one for $349.99. It showed that there were 4 in stock ready for pick up. I went to the store and the employee told me that there was no one available to get one off the shelf. The price for the grill at the store was also $399.99 and not $349.99 as shown online. I was told that if I wanted the lower price that I would have to order it. Total waste of time and a 20 mile round trip drive. I had my truck right there ready to take a new grill home but the store just couldn't make it happen. HORRIBLE customer service

I gave up finding the other things on my shopping list and just got what I couldn't get elsewhere.

Almost every time I do business here I run into a rude or inconvenienced employee, seriously I try to do my business elsewhere because of this but unfortunately sometimes I’ve have no choice due to the fact of customer preference on products they my carry, I don’t recall having these encounters down state in the Grand Rapids area where I also do business, so thumbs down to this location 👎🏻

Windows that were show online as same day delivery and paid for in the store to be delivered in 48 hours, were not delivered and not available, with no future order date in the system. I had to cancel the builder who was to install the windows.

Love the locker pick-up option!

I had three different employees help me in different areas. They were all knowledgeable and friendly.

We ordered a gas stove to be delivered and installed. They delivered on time but when it came to installation, they bent the pipe the stove connects to and refused to fix it. They reimbursed the 70.00 install fee and told us to find someone local to fix it. That ended up costing an additional 500.00 from the damage to the pipe. HD refused to do anything additional, terrible service.

I was buying 10 bags of mulch and I appreciate the 2 employees that loaded it in my car. I previously was I'll and currently a little too weak to load myself!! So thank you VERY MUCH!

I have purchased a few appliances over the past 2 years and had them delivered and I purchased lumber and supplies for a large elevated playhouse with accessories and had it delivered also. Each time the delivery was on time and the delivery person was kind and helpful. I have also had items ordered thru another store and delivered to my son in Florida and each time I ordered over the phone and the sales associate was very helpful. Thank you Home Depot.

I wanted to order a sliding door for my cabin in Michigan.The company that was supposed to come out and measure STOOD ME UP DIFFERENT TIMES. The same thing happened to me at my home in Colorado. I will never do business with Home Depot again and I recommend whoever reads this!!!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

There was not a single employee that even knew what an egress window was. The window guy finally showed up 30 min later and he had to let me use his computer because he didn't know either. Worst visit I ever had there, so disappointed
