Our Customer experience was absolutely wonderful. Mr. John McClintock was very professional and helped with our purchase of a new Refrigerator, stove and microwave. Not only was he great to talk with but he was busy from the time we arrived and even as we left, workig by himself in the Home Appliance area. Home Depot should be very proud of this Vietnam Veteran , his service to our country and his job ethic also shows well in his customer satisfaction from us.

Clean, well organized and very competent, friendly employees.

I have been shopping here forever years, and like any store they have had their ups and downs, but I honestly stand by the fact that Home Depot is my primary tool, home improvement, and restock store. They always have pretty good stock, and good deals. The people are happy to help. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

While building a house and securing supplies, I chose the local Home Depot for services. They had the best supply and availability for what I needed. They also had knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to order and secure the items that I inquired about. Sales staff, Christina, in particular was very helpful and guided me through the ordering and receiving process. I appreciate the knowledge and experience of the staff in this process.

Asked for 30 blocks got 27 but charged for 30.Home depot guy loaded them and cashier suposeably counted them but was shorted 3 blocks.no one would load our truck.my guy had prostrate surgery and was wired up in his back side not suposed to lift anything and i have had a stroke recently i couldnt load for him.

The help we received in the appliance section was awesome. John was very knowledgeable and patient. His helpful answers to our questions were greatly appreciated.

The aisles were nearly unnavigable, the garden section very dusty & filled with cobwebs, and there was just 1 manned checkout open. The tiny self-checkout area was not conducive to a hardware store and was very cramped. I would avoid this home depot at nearly all cost.

Terrible customer service,, we were ignored by every sales person, while they stood in groups chatting... One refused to help when we asked for assistance.

It seems as if their online business and brick and mortar store are two different entities. They are not in sync.Ordered items don't come or are very hard for store personnel to find.

I love how I can enjoy the luxury of going to a veteran-friendly place like Home Depot no matter where I am. We're fixing up our old lake house and it's great to have this store nearby for all of our projects.

My cashiers name was Robert and he did an awesome job. This store is my favorite store to shop at. The employees are great and the store is clean.

I shop at Home Depot often. I've had flooring installed in most of my house by Home Depot and major appliances have been purchased and installed by them. I've always had excellent service and any problem was always handled quickly and professionally.

The customer service here is top notch. I shop here all the time and once in a while things don't go according to plan. This location ALWAYS finds a way to make it right, and keep me a happy customer. Never once have I had a problem they couldn't fix. In an age when I could shop in any store, or on any website, I keep coming here for the personal touch.

I do all my tool shopping at Home Depot and I've never had any issues with power tools I've bought from there. The Traverse City location goes out to their way to help and everyone I've ever asked for help from seems to know the store like it's there own house. I can't find better pricing on Milwaukee tools anywhere else!

My husband and I recently purchased new appliances. The employees were both knowledgeable of products and very personable which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Thank you to John and Larry at Traverse City Home Depot for all your help. You are truly the BEST!!!
