Store associate was very willing and helpful, felt like I was the reason he was there, not an interruption of day

What I like most about Home Depot is that they carry a much greater selection of the items I'm looking for as compared to competitive stores. In comparing prices I find Home Depot cheaper most all the time. Also, when I need some lumber cut to a smaller size they're always happy to do that.

I have at various times shopped inside Home Depot store #2726. Some of the questions answered are from when I was actually there. My recent experience started when I noticed an ad for a large appliance with an awsome sale price. After observing the product online, I knew it was a purchase I wanted to make. I phoned Home Depot and was connected to an employee in the department I wanted right away. This employee explained the process for my purchase and guided me through evey step to ensure I was completely satisfied before ending the conversation. A couple days later my appliance was delivered in excellent condition. Home Depot #2726 provides quality in service and employees. I shopped inside the store from the comfort of my home and I couldn't be more overwhelmed with my purchase!

If you need any appliances, deal with John M. He was they best rep we've ever dealt with. He'll provide honesty, knowledge and ease of business.

I brought a Colman grill online, not happy with it, because you have to buy everything to cook with & hook it up separate, will never buy any product from Colman company. The manager took care of it for me, I am going in to buy a regular grill next week. Every one I have ever dealt with in that store is so helpful truly they walk but you & smile & say hi , customers love it, at least I do. I understand from hearing the phone conversation that the saleswomen had that they (Colman) was being nasty I heard part of it The rep from Colman Co I heard him say from standing there his name is Craig, So thanks Craig will never buy another Colman product..............

We needed a refrigerator and the selection was good, the service outstanding! Our associate knew all the inventory, was honest and helpful in his opinions, and efficient with his order processing. I also liked that the associate was retired and a veteran - nice that Home Depot values this as they hire.

Got 10% savings on an online product that Candy in the flooring department fought for. She was patient, polite, and very helpful.

Great store, associates when available are helpful, you tend to need to go to the main aisle to get assistance as i found trolling in the back aisles associates do not check there.

I built my house in TRAVERSE CITY with primarily HOME DEPOT materials and PRO DESK support

I like that I can look online and find if the product is stocked and also with the location in the store. I write it down and walk right to the product. The salespeople seem to be knowledgeable about their products. Very helpful.
