Had great experience with Cashier Darla,.very friendly.

Store is generally tidy and well stocked. Employees are friendly. Cashier Darla was friendly and helpful. I was helped with the drywall I needed, and was helped with loading as well.

great friendly staff... the only problem was there was no toilet paper and very few paper towels...

So did Joe (I think he should be Mr. Incredible) and (Marvelous) Mary was the best cashier I've ever met! Cheerful, fun, knowledgeable and patient sales force. What more could you ask for!

First class help in Kitchen design, Monica has been more than helpful! She has been consience of our budget, and has guided us towards upcoming sales, etc.

The Home Depot I shop at in Traverse City, Michigan is clean and the employees are very helpful. Two years ago I bought a new lawnmower; it was a walk behind with auto accelerate. The sales associate was very helpful and was sure I would like the machine and its features. He was right. A year later I went back to the same salesperson because of my earlier experience and bought my first snow blower and he was helpful and right again. Earlier this year we bought a new washer and dryer from the same Home Depot with the same level of quality help from a new salesperson. My wife is happy and loves the new machines. And if my wife is happy, I'm happy. She does the washing, drying, and ironing; I cook. Were both happy.

These people know what "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is all about! THANK YOU! Home Depot!!!

good store

Employees couldn't be nicer. One guy was stocking shelves and I asked if he could help me and he came with me right away and looked for the product I wanted. He found the last case of the trim tile I wanted.

No matter the project, we can always find what is needed at this Home Depot. The sales people are knowledgeable and very willing to be of help. It's always our first stop for the things we need......because it will definitely be the last stop. We are very fortunate to have this store in our community. It is a great asset!

We were going to purchased Flooring. We were told that they( Home Depot) Charged $35 for person to do measurement. Home Depot set up day and time. We made sure someone would be there. Upon that time and day no one showed up. Home Depot called in the afternoon saying they canceled the appointment and well do it Friday. Excuse me? No one well be here Friday? I ended up going down to Home Depot and requesting my $35 refund. What a waste of time. Home depot Jerks you around. I need to find someone else who sell's Flooring since I would Not recommend Home Depot!

The staff is great. The most important characteristic in any business is how the staff interacts with the customer at the point of sale. The Traverse City Home Depot staff is positive and helpful. Couldn't ask for more.

The customer service department is awesome. Every time I had to use them they went above & beyond solving my concern!

Person at contractors' desk could not be bothered. Told me to come back Monday. No time to answer any question on products carried. Staff woefully ignorant as to building products. Paint department is very good. Great, helpful, knowledgable people there - but NOT at the other end of the store!!

Awful parking lot, Ingress and egress are terrible. This store always has the aisles plugged up with merchandise. If you say anything about the aisles they explain what a great and high volume store they are. Not impressed!. Store employees walk around looking at their phones, customers need to avoid them.
