The moment I got out of my car, Tyler offered to load everything in a cart for me and actually took the cart to the return desk for me - WOW! He was extremely positive, happy & professional as well as the return cashier Tarah - amazing. I was in & out within 10 minutes - great experience. Thanks!!

I came in to buy a replacement light fixture for my deck, which was installed about 7 inches above the decking. The associate who had already helped me select some fluorescent tubes, helped me look for t he fixture, and we could find nothing that would work. He took me over to the electrical parts area and showed me how to use two parts to create a fixture that would work. My electrician installed it and it works beautifully. The associate was very courteous and gave me his full attention, and I would like to thank him!!!!

In this store when I ordered online by the time I went the store to pickup my order, I am telling you after I got text and email that state my order is ready to pickup twice not only once.They told me your order was for display sorry you can find the same item in different store, the second time when I arrived to pick up my order ,the box was damaged . I canceled the order bought in different store. I recommended to check the inventory on daily base instead of wasting someones time and energy

I needed a replacement security door lock and although Home Depot doesn't carry mortise locks, Paul in Millwork could identify the locks I had in my bag and advised me that I needed a specialty locksmith to either re-key them or replace. This saved me a lot of time and headache as I had just experienced a burglary and had to re-key my entire house in one day on a Sunday. He advised me on the regular deadbolts that Home Depot carried. I purchased two, which I later returned because the locksmith was able to re-key the old ones. Even though I ultimately returned the locks I purchased and had to go elsewhere for the mortise locks, I appreciated the personal attention and knowledgeable information. This encourages me that HD is not losing sight of hiring and keeping experienced people.

I wasn't exactly shopping for plants but always look and I have to say how very impressive the Garden Center was. At other stores they seem to have given up for the season on stocking plants or keeping what they have healthy but that was not true here. Everything was very healthy and full (also well-stocked). Each employee I encountered here was very friendly and offered assistance. Very nice.

The is an excellent experience to go to a store that is friendly, clean, and has plenty of merchandise stocked.

I was walking around searching for a hand tool then I saw an associate and they directed me to the proper isle. The associate was friendly and informed of where the product was displayed.

Had a good experience in getting assistance from associates who directed to product and helped with understanding of differences of like products and warranty information. Assisted with placing item in shopping cart. Only problem was only one attendant at cash register but was very communicative and attentive while assisting others. Did not have any offer or receive any assistance in getting item in the vehicle. There were several available products on the shelves so if replacement is necessary it would have been possible. Used website prior to visit to store to show details and cost as well as availability of product which made in store shopping much easier.

Year after year, we enjoy visiting this particular store. It is a convenient location. The prices are competitive and we love the deals HD offers. I especially love the Greeters, they start your shopping experiences with a smile. Vivian Ingram, a greeter, has a very welcoming smile. Kudos to her.

If you need help, go early! Late in the day, well.... walk all the way to the front and ask for help!!?? The 'Courtesy Desk' will probably inform you that an associate is stationed 'In' that department!!!! Why in the world would somebody walk all the way to front to ask for help if.....???? Take my word for GO EARLY!!!!!!
