This is a well organized and well stocked Home Depot. But, is not the easiest to get to.

The store is always neat and clean. The checkout line is always swift. The employees have great attitudes.

I had a nice experience (as i usually do at this particular location). I used to think it was just because its so close to home, but I realized that its because of the customer friendly employees. They are polite, knowledgeable and full of information and tips; and always aware of the value of my time; so I often enjoy my visits to this Home Depot. The store is always clean making what i need easier to find. I couldnt find what I needed on the shelf, however, an employee made it her business to help me find what I needed. I left a happy camper because I did not feel like driving to another location. She found it in shock and got it for me and immediately restocked the shelves.

This store is particularly well ordered and the appliance associate Tanya was exceptionally superior in attitude to "any" employee I've ever experienced in 54 years. She made me love your store which I already liked. Once I open a store I'd like 10 of her working in it.

We came to buy a grill. The first person we asked for help was Andrea. She helped us to a self-check-out, entered the numbers we had recorded outside on the grill, rang up our other purchases and came outside to unlock the grill we had purchased. The entire time we were there was less than fifteen minutes including loading the grill and tying it down. Kudo's to Andrea and the Truse Home Depot.

Handy location in the heart of east Memphis. Employees are friendly and helpful finding what you need. Usually well stocked. I had a good experience with an online item not stocked in stores, but shipped free to store for pickup. Get used to self checkout, rarely a cashier anywhere but there and lumber.

Not sure what is going on with Home Depot but the service is abysmal. I wanted to shout down the aisle that I needed help because no one was answering the page. Looking through boxes of parts that were mixed up beyond belief. Very unhappy customer at the moment.

Great store, but would still like a live cashier lane open, not just self checkout

I was in the store to buy two types of tape. I had a question that was answered promptly, and I didn't have to wait long to check out.

This location provides excellent customer service. They also have enough customer service associates to assist you, unlike some of the other stores. I was informed about sale items; no pressure to buy. No lines no waiting to check out.
