This Home Depot had a good assortment of door knobs. We needed to replace a door knob and dead bolt and I was pleased with the number of choices of knobs, dead bolts and brands. We chose the Schlage brand and it was easy to install. The cashier named Lisa was extremely efficient and kind during the checkout. I did not feel rushed. We also recently bought some 🌺 hibiscus plants and a gardenia plant and these looked very healthy.

Had everything I needed

Recently purchased a carpet through Home Depot. My daughter is autistic and we needed this done as soon as possible from ordering to install was a smooth transaction.

Will definitely be back !

Never had a problem with any return that I have bought, and I have bought a whole lot of stuff from this store, it's my hardware store of choice.

This store is so convenient as far as location. It’s always clean and has what my home and yard are in need of. The employees are always available and helpful. I don’t know what I would do without this store!

I’m pretty lucky to live near this location. I travel a lot for work and no other location through out California is like this store. tThe employees and store here, always go above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience is great

People literally hide to not help out..... cashier had me go take a picture of the price on wood because it was ringing up the wrong price how do you find that ok... waited 5 min for her to log in to the register cashier seems to have no clue of what their doing... customer service was way better 10 years ago it has definitely went down hill

All of the employees are helpful and provide excellent service. I enjoy going into this store and always find what I need. The customer service is on point and couldn't ask for better assistance finding what I am looking for.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR DISABLE CUSTOMERS. THE MOBILITY SCOOTER WAS ON THE OTHER END OF THE STORE. THE WORKER WOMAN FORM HOME DEPOT WAS JUST STANDING DOING NOTHING NEVER OFFERED HELP TO GO GET THE SCOOTER ,OR AT LEAST CALL SOMEONE TO ASSIST .NO DISABILITY HELP IN THAT STORE.DISCRIMINATED BY HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE. FOR BEING DISABLE.

I get my ac filters there and also bout a Halloween spider at a reasonable price for halloween

They had smiles on their faces, enthusiastic and I left satisfied ready to go back for my next project because of the level of assistance provide to me. Thank you All! Profession service at painting and pro desk

Employee's need to realize that we as customers are paying their wages. Normally I do not have an issue here at this Home Depot but today I experienced a rude and very uncaring cashier named Lissette. She needs a lesson in having a positive personality and when listen to her customers' needs. I will continue to shop here but will make it a point to not let her check me out again.

I purchased a $100 gift card for my mother for her birthday/Mother’s Day. My mother was visiting from Arkansas. She flew back home on May 15 which on May 23rd I found out was the same day the card was redeemed. She went to use the card on May 23 and was told it had a zero balance. This leads me to believe that the employee Celeste has something to do with it. Beware.

They usually have what I need and someone is there to help except when I buy cement. There is no body. Another customer helps me load it on my cart and in my car. That is my only complaint

I RECENTLY LOST MY WALLET THERE. NOT ONLY DID THEY RETURN IT WITH EVERYTHING IN IT , THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT ANY MONEY FOR MY APPRECIATION. ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!

Tulare is a great store. I just wish they had a rental section. Its not really that big a deal because the Visalia store isn't to far away.
