We are doing a complete renovation on my daughter and daughter in laws first home. Home depot is our partner in this adventure. They are always there to answer questions and give guidance when needed. If we see Mason when we walk in the door, our day just got better. He is our biggest cheerleader in this project and always makes us feel like we are favorites. My daughter and I are both Army Vets and appreciate the military discount that is always given cheerfully and with a, thank you for your service.

I asked for assistance unloading tile and employee rudely said it would take 15 minutes. Clearly they could be nice about it and finished doing what they had to do and help me but employee was upset when asked by cashier and no one asked if I needed help. I unloaded myself and went to returns there was a guy walking around and was called to take tile and I commented I wish you would had helped me and replied I was swamped. Never apologized!

We are a small business, but we place very large orders. The ProDesk staff is amazing, and are always attentive to our needs, and make sure our orders go through and are delivered without a hitch. Even when things are delayed, they keep us up to date, and still make sure we get the material we need, or help us find another alternative.

Their computer system stinks. They can't tell what they have in stock, can't update you accurately on shipping status, can't tell what other Home Depots have in stock, causing wild goose chases

This store is well stocked, and the areas where products are located, are very well defined by easily read signs. If you look like you're "lost", a member of the staff will come to your aide very quickly. If the employee is new and doesn't have the answer you need, they do not hesitate to ask for help from more versed employees. The store is very clean which helps make ones shopping experience more satisfying. I have been shopping in this store for about 12 or more years, since moving to Lindsay from Dallas,Tx.

Was sold a broken table saw. Should of know of the beaten up box but with still paying full price, I shouldn’t have to expect damaged tools.

I was there today under the current dire circumstances and there was plenty of people on staff, service was accurate and helpful starting with a telephone call to ask about a certain item. Courtney was doing an overlapping job and was kind and helpful. This was very much appreciated.

Outstanding customer service.

Clean friendly store! Always some there to assist you in purchases or question you have regarding different products. If it’s not a store member it’s a Manager there to help you. Super great quality service with very informational about any types of tools and brands, even helped with the making of our own kit! Even better Home Depot special financing came in at a good rate. Hector is a great manager with a great team and the quality of service was well worth the money spent. Thank you Tulare Store will definitely be going back!

Store is always clean and assistance is easy to find unlike some other Home Depot locations

A few rude associates at the Tulare store. They don’t realize that if customers wouldn’t shop here there wouldn’t be a need for their jobs. We are the ones that pay their salary’s.

Friendly, professional workers. They need a raise.

Love grabbing what I need, paying for it and leaving. Staff always knows where i can find what i want and most of the time they with take me halfway or all the way to the item area needed.

Tulare homedepot is a clean store with a fantastic staff, cashiers that are very helpful & caring. This store is easy access to the items you need, and want. I myself go to Delano homedepot frequently, but yet find Tulare store more customer friendly.

2 employees stand out danny an older gentleman who is always so kind and helpful and courtney who is always helping not just customers but employees as well. I have had an employee not know something and go ask her and she makes sure she teaches them and helps me as well. A great leader! Danny is always smiling and actually hugged me for just putting my cart back. People are so quick to complain about anything I just wanted to say thank you to these 2. Keep up the amazing work

Its clean and stocked. Cashiers are the best. It's my #1 store.

The store is clean and Managed very well The outstanding people Joesph , Daisy , R.C. And Danny are the best when it comes to great customer service . Mariah is awesome and always helpful as well . This store is “A” okay

I have shopped at other Home Depot stores but the Tulare, CA store is BY FAR the best. Outstanding customer service. AAA+++++
