I shop Tumwater Home Depot most of the time. Great stuff and they always have what I'm looking for.

Always have what I need for my house projects.

It’s been some time since my last visit to Home Depot but I was very happy with the greetings and customer service I received, don’t remember any of that happening in the past, it was a very pleasant change and made my experience much better!

I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable, efficient people. They helped me make the best decision on buying my appliances.

It seems to me that there is always lots of people in the store - - but - -not enough employees to help out when a customer looks puzzled and can't find what they need. The employees that are working are being asked questions by 2-3 people at a time. I only wish the store was on the West side of Olympia.

The Tumwater store isn’t great, but I understand they don’t control all the corporate policies. Still, the overall value of shopping at Home Depot just isn’t there anymore. For me, a good return policy is part of that value — I want to be able to buy what I think I need and return it if it’s not right. Pro Xtra doesn’t add meaningful perks, and tying a 1-year return policy to a Home Depot credit card doesn’t help me. Giving 2 stars for the staff’s efforts, but I’ll be doing more of my shopping elsewhere.

After I waited and waited and waited, an employee nicknamed Big Sean asked if he could help. Even though he did not know the appliances area, he was more than willing to try and help. He needs kudos. your store needs to hire more people! I have had to wait on numerous occasions, returns, to ask questions at customer service because I can't find anybody and for purchases of big items

I have shopped at the Tumwater Home Depot store for the last 7and a half years. They have what I need/want and the advice and expertise of pros who can help an amateur. Whether it's doors, lawnmowers, paint or fireplaces. Plants, bark or rental equipment, they always have what I need and they're willing to answer the questions of a sometimes idiot who doesn't really know what he's doing. Friendly, professional, helpful. Thank you, keep up the great work

We seniors shop often for plants here. The employees in the garden area are helpful. Insidsew the store, it is always hard to find someone who knows the inventory. We have purchased apps;iances here and now are wanting to replace the flooring in our house.

This is a good Home Depot. Every time I go there they have everything I need in stock. The only thing I don’t like is everything’s locked up, but I know that’s not their fault.

Went to this location to purchase a special price item. RYOBI ONE+ 18V Starter Kit with (2) 4.0 Ah Lithium-Ion Batteries, & (1) 2.0 Ah Lithium-Ion Battery, and charger (SKU #1013468406) As it was out of stock on line. Store did not have this. Store said due to special packaging, item could not be substituted with exactly the same items on the shelf at the special price. So much for "above and beyond" customer service. Left the store with doubts of coming back. As there are other locations that is willing to provide better customer service.

We were purchasing a circular attachment for our current pressure washer. We had looked online to see what was available. When we went to the store, the associate took the time to take the unit out of the box and make sure it attached to our pressure washer wand. I consider that excellent customer service!

This store has the best friendly and helpful employees! And, the store is close to me so I don’t have to travel far!

A store that has no employees to help and no employees operating lanes to check out customers. Drive further and do local small stores. This place does not care about employing people, just us checking out our own items.

If you don't purchase from home Depot. Why should they cut your limit from $10, 000 to 5,000 as long as you use the card for necessary not because they threatened to cut your limit is what I got from you your company Citibank

I went for some growing cages for my peonies and as I was walking toward the garden area I notice the bags of potting soil out in the parking lot that I would be needing soon. As I walked by the cashier I asked her if I just told her what I needed if should could ring it up and I could load my car from there. She said "Yes". Yay for me! Then I walked in the store for my cages and an employee asked if they could help me find what I was looking for. I told them and they led me to one area, the item wasn't there, then we went to the parking lot area where, there they were. He showed me right to them! I got how many I needed, went up to the cashier, told her I also needed two bags of the potting soil. She rang me up, asked if I needed help, I said no, and I was out the door, within 15 minutes. Wow what a great experience.

Very unhappy about design center!!! Never could get any help.

I was shopping for garden plants, and some fertilizer for my african violet. I could not find that fertilizer so ask a clerk if she could help me. We both looked and could not find when she said I have one more place I can try. She went into the store and came back with a substitute that could be used for the african violet and other flowering plants. She went far over what you get from clerks from other stores.

I need a number for a deck repair and the store associate Helped me get everything.

Was there on Saturday buying a ton of stuff - Zeke in lumber was awesome and so helpful - Brendon in flooring yeah not so much :-(

I just purchased some soldering aids. I needed assistance on locating the items I had in mind. 2 employees stopped their tasks to inquire if I needed help finding anything. Another employee came right up to me on his own initiative after I found the items, and made them available from a protected display case. He thanked me for shopping at his store.

I think I’m going to really like this oven insert. Instructions are easy and I like the extra racks. Also, cleaning is a breeze.

Only go to this Home Depot if you want zero assistance and enjoy being ignored when you are struggling at carry something. If you have a question you have to search all over to find someone. When you find someone they’ll be sitting around gossiping instead of working.

I recently went into this store to purchase parts for a black chain link fence that I am constructing. I found parts improperly mixed in various spots on the shelf, and parts wrongly placed on the shelves where they were supposed to be. I located the person responsible for the fencing inventory who was talking to another employee in a different area of the store. Maybe he should have been in his area organizing?

They focus more on putting up Xmas decorations in October but don’t have Pex-a come on. Also the store is so cluttered you can’t get anything up and down the isles. On top of the annoying answering machine they have rude and unknowledgeable people working the store.

This HD will not cut tile, at least that’s what the flooring person told me. I only needed one tile cut and I’m not spending $180 for a cutter, for one tile.

Always grab wood here for decent prices and their willingness to cut so we don’t have to! Steve the panel saw guy was exceptional.

This is by far the most unfriendly, unhelpful. Home Depot I’ve ever seen. Try getting something down off a shelf and the employees will run from you
