We're temporarily adjusting store hours to better serve customers and communities in response to COVID-19. Please check your local store for the most current operating hours.

What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
The adjusted hours give stores the ability to staff appropriately and provide additional time to restock shelves and perform cleaning. As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. In addition to training our associates on social distancing, we've placed distancing markers at some of our checkout counters and are making overhead announcements on our store PA systems asking customers to practice social distancing.

Your review is very important to us and The Home Depot community. We appreciate you taking time to submit a review about the #6514 Tyler. Unfortunately, your review did not meet our guidelines for posting on our site. The highlighted section(s): mentions a competitor My wife and I purchased over $5,000 on 4 kitchen items and after getting home, reviewed the receipt. The rep ordered wrong items and overcharged us on the 5 year warranties. His name is Phil in appliances and I recommend that you do everything possible to avoid this rep. He lied to us on several things. The next day, we went to A competitor in Sulphur Springs and saved over $800 on the SAME items (model numbers were used), including all items with a 5 year warranty! I also spoke to Randy, his manager and Randy wouldn't listen and tried to defend Phil for lying. I do recommend this store as this is all a reflection as management as a whole. Phil also told us that whatever we order is not returnable, even if it is the same day as delivered. He said that once we buy it, it is ours! A competitor gave us 30 days to return AFTER delivery. If you choose to go here, don't say I didn't warn you.

But the employees brought me to the items I needed and made valuable suggestions . It saved me time shopping and will save me money down the road in cost saving value

This particular HD is closest to my home in Canton, TX. I shop there fairly often...maybe once a month. All the personnel that I have interacted with there were very pleasant and seemed to be thrilled that I chose HD over the "other" home improvment centers. I like to "cut-up" a little with the folks that wait on me...and they cut-up right back. Makes shopping a little more pleasant for a 70 year old man if I can laugh a little. I highly recommend this particular HD to anyone and everyone.
