I bought this fridge and I’m so happy

This HD is very convenient for me & I always find what I need here, at this location. Friendly staff.

The design person helped me pick out and order the blinds for my windows. I chose the Dual Drape Vertical Blinds for the living room, blackout blinds for the bedroom, and a vertical blind for the hallway window. The price could not have been better with 45% off. Thank you!

The employees here are always very helpful. My only issue is that I wish the Home Depot website would be updated to reflect actual products they have available.

If you’re ever at Home Depot on Rte 22 in Springfield, NJ make sure you get help from Briaille C and the rest of the staff.

This was a great store to visit.Had everything i needed,and the salespersons helped me with everything i needed help with.Customer service was great too.No waiting!.

I purchased blinds from the Home Depot. Diane was particularly helpful. She sat with me and went over a few things. She was very knowledgeable and helped me with my needs. I was allowed to bring home a sample book. When I made my choices and Case helped me place the order. If it wasn’t for these two women I would not have purchased the blinds from Home Depot. Also, Jeff, the person who measured and installed my blinds did an excellent job. Overall, my experience was great.

I live within 30 minutes of many Home Depot locations. I often choose Route 22 Union because it is well stocked, with a helpful staff. It is always clean and organized.

Has to order 2700 $ of building supplies on line.

This is the Home Depot I go to when I need various items for my home. From tools to gardening supplies, drain opener, lighting, etc. Emoloyees are nice & helpful.

I bought two 3 gang electric plates to finish the project

Black pipe fittings all in incorrect bins. Many parts missing. This department is useless to shop until it’s fixed.

I was fortunate to have Josamme, from the Route 22 store in Union, NJ to help me. She is in the gardening department and I am a novice gardener. Even though I started small, she was so patient and helpful. Her customer service was excellent, and Home Depot is lucky to have her!!

Every time I go to this store no one is around to help. You don’t have enough employees. If you do see any their just walking around looking clueless or acting like their busy but can be seen talking in an aisle about non work related stuff not helping anyone at all or barely. Where is the manager in this store or even asst. managers. For customers to know who is the managers and supervisors Homedepot should have them wear a different color vest to identify themselves. I worked in retail for over 16yrs and had roles from supervisor to manager and I would never have allowed this type of work environment. If you don’t know what you need at this Homedepot you’re screwed.

I was extremely happy with my experience at this store. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Tamika was extremely helpful to me. She was so patient and courteous. Another young lady at your front desk was also very helpful.

Home Depot on US-22 has the best employees. Omar, Naja, and Robert were all so beyond helpful. Really appreciate their thoroughness and willingness to help us. They each went above and beyond! The best!

I was shopping for a washing machine, and Donna was a very special Home Depot employee, she answered all my questions and went above and beyond meeting all my needs in acquiring this appliance.

All the employees are great there, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They are patient and do not rush you through your questions. . They suggested different products they thought would be what were looking for, letting nake our own decisions.
