I can always get what I need when I go to HD.My only suggestion is to have more than 2 of the 4 self checkouts operational.

Every time I go to the Rt. 22 Union, NJ store there is no one barely to be found. No one even stops to ask if you need help God forbid. You finally get everything you need and go to the register to checkout and it’s like 2 open. Lines are out of control and the cashiers get the attitudes. Where is management, supervisors etc. I managed/supervised in retail for over 16yrs and I would never let lines pile up like that and the staffing is horrendous. You never see the store manager on the floor or any management and if they are you can’t tell cause they don’t stop to help either. Where is the training for these managers to know come out your office and help on the floor! Customers pay your salary not the chair in your office..

You go thru all the trouble of applying for veterans discount and then its never applied!

Ms. Essie was great, friendly and easy to approach and talk to on an early Sunday morning is a breathe of fresh air.

I definitely had a pleasant experience with Julian V., He noticed me standing there and asked if I needed assistance and he definitely helped me out which cut my waiting time in half and there was a new worker and I noticed how he was teaching the young man what to do while making my paint. My two children were even intrigued that they were watching as well. He made my visit great snd his customer service was amazing. Thank you again

Line was 30 people deep. (Yes, I counted) Only 1 self-checkout register open on a Saturday afternoon.

Essie went out of her way to help me and suggested a product. I could use in the future.

I bought a storm door, Joane Germain’s help was beyond compare

John ( a Navy veteran) is an asset to this store . He has amazing customer service and a tremendous work ethic .

Our sales cashier Essie was so bright and bubbly it was a pleasure meeting her she has great customer service and made our day

There was one self checkout in operation. The others were out of service. One cashier check out that shut her light out and had a barrier. I want management to hire more checkout people. I don’t work there and should not have to check myself out!

I previously bought hydrangea about 2 weeks ago and wanted one more. The are growing well and very healthy. I wanted a 4th one hydrangea and got one today as healthy as the three I previously purchased. Very happy with purchase.

Jamar was excellent and very nice you did lady ,she knows what she is doing I wish they have more store associates like her .Very pleasant yound Lady.

Naja and Hedgens made the experience at Home Depot so delightful. They showed kindness and patience that any employer should be lucky enough to have on their team. Thank you again!!!

I find everything and employers are helpful

We bought carpet gas range and air filters, we are very happy with.

I bought some for my home and they are growing beautifully.

I had a large order of grills that needed to be carried out the same day. Employees Jamar, Hedgens, and Vanel were a great help and exceed my expectations. They were very patient, friendly, and got my order out in a timely manner. I would definitely come back!

They had shelf boards of the material and style I needed. Employee "Cruz" was a great help who was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the correct material for my purposes. Then she also performed numerous custom cuts to my specifications, which helped my complete my project efficiently.
