Good luck trying to find help in this store. Even if you do most of them will not help you or tell you to wait here i will be right back and never come back.

They went above and beyond to help me this week, and in my opinion are a HUGE assest to your team!!!!! They are simply incredible. All three ladies today cashier, head cashier and some other lady as a floater need 1 on 1 customer service training again. Please do better around 6:15-30pm cashier number 9 and her head cashier and the other young lady, That forced her phone in my face as too if I could not read..please do better with yourself, it’s sad

My husband and myself were very, very pleased with our experience at the Hackettstown Home Depot. We were particularly pleased with Rob McBride who helped us with our Purchase. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and spent time with us in finding the product we purchased. We are definitely satisfied and pleased customers because of the attention and helpfulness of Rob McBride.

good amount of any needed supplies for any home job

None of the self check out stations accept cash. one cashier on duty even with 20 customers waiting on line. give yourself lots of time if you are going to shop here.

Aniyah at the customer service desk was rude and disrespectful. Yelled at me for standing in the wrong place in line and was rude when asking me for information about my return.

Great store, clean, always well stocked, employees who know where everything is and often walk to to what you are looking for. Plenty of parking, plenty of carts and carriages, and help when you need it.

Entering and leaving is great, Greeter is great, She is always cheerful and friendly. Cashiers are always on point and helpful especially the self check out personal. Excellent. The lady in plumbing is wonderful, helpful, cheerful.

I shop at the Union store frequently and this time I was there for a product that I would normally buy elsewhere - Lysol Bathroom cleaner. This product is very important to my elderly mother and she asked me to bring some down to FL because she couldn't find it there. Well, it was challenging to find in most stores and I saw that the Union store had 107 in stock. When I got to the store, there wasn't any to be found. However, the associates stayed with me until they found it in back stock and on a pallet. They took the additional time to open the boxes so that I could get 4 bottles. I am very happy with the customer service during this visit and I hope to see this again!

The store was clean and comfortable to move around staff was very friendly and polite o appreciate the service.

home depot is great,there is always something that i need there ,and great prices also.

Employees were absolutely terrible, unpleasant and careless, but the manager named Marc was incredible and I would only consider going back there because of him.
