I visited the store on 6/14/21 and Associate K, from Gardening, assisted me with all of the items that I was purchasing. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure satisfaction was the end goal for the customer.

Employees were available, knowledgeable, and helpful. The entire atmosphere in the store was pleasant!

Super friendly people helped me find the different items I was looking for. They went out of their way to pull things off high shelves, look up items on the computer, and help me load a huge bag of mulch into my trunk. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable. Shopping in this store is always an excellent experience.

The store is always clean and orderly. The associates are very helpful, but it is not always easy to find one. I would appreciate more associates in each department. Otherwise, I enjoy this store, especially the garden area.

Looking for a New Kitchen? If so, shop at the Union location of Home Depot as the design team there are wonderful. They made designing a new kitchen easy and fun! Go in and see Jane and Remy for an excellent experience.

Employees are helpful and friendly but some items were out stock which creates an inconvenience and makes you go to other stores to look for them but after all we can find help and answers thank you

I had not one but two horrible experiences at you store Union 0954. Employees are not knowledgeable about products and promotions and not willing to help in my second experience I had my order pulled incorrectly then I called and spoke to what I was told was a manager Sabina who said she would have the situation handled for me and she didn’t she did not communicate with the service desk she did not have the correct product pulled explained I had contractors waiting to top it off I had to wait about a half hour or so to be told the product was out of stock. This by far is the worst store ever I am extremely upset I spend over 4000 there to receive the service I did the store is completely broken with rude associates with i don’t care attitudes and no one is willing to help

Great place to shop. Items easily accessible, good signage and friendly staff.

This location is more organized than others I have shopped at. Daniel was very helpful with my return and was happy while doing it.

Store was clean and inviting to shop, even though there's a pandemic. Really had no worries about physically being in the store as opposed to shopping online.

Associates don’t really care to help. And the manager Michele took her time to come over to try and assist and with her answers, it seems like Home Depot will be stealing $100.00 because the money was credited to a different card and they could not void the transaction. I had to realize the error made and came back 2hrs and 30min with no resolution in sight.

Great service and customer service.

Some of the rudest personnel at any of the locations I visit. They are bothered to be asked a question; just point in a general direction when asked where to find something and heaven forbid if you ask them to see if out of stock. I rather walk the entire store looking for something than ask anyone and I usually look up on the shelves for stock availability on my own. Only personnel that have always provided a good experience has been Tool Rental Dept. Koodos to them.

The girls at the Pro Desk are friendly and work very hard at doing their job and ensuring that the customers are satisfied. Overall the employees are friendly and helpful.

The cashier Jayden scaned the items without paying attention what she was doing and overcharged me 55$. I asked her if she was certain it was correct she said yes. I soon as I payed she left. After checking the receipt I noticed that she charged me 44 times instead of 4 for an item. Besides she was very unpleasant to me and didn’t have manners at all. Just rushing to finis her shift. Charles who came after her helped me quickly resolve the problem. He apologized for her ( he didn’t have to. It wasn’t his fault) He also offered to put my heavy staff in the car. Thank you so much Charles.

The service at the reurn counter as well as the appliance was prompt and friendly.

Rude, condescending customer service. And it was totally unnecessary. Save yourself the headache and go to the HD in Vauxhall or Lowe’s.
