This is a great store, from ordering online all the way to the Pro Desk. Very clean and the employees are very friendly. Keep up the great work.

I have worked in the construction industry for many years but only dealt with independent lumber yards. I am working on a home improvement project of my own and I am at Home Depot in Union at least once a day and sometime up to three times a day. The team of employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The associates in the lumber department have assisted with cutting lumber and loading it into my car. The cashiers are always smiling and ready to assist. It is one thing to ask customers if they found everything they needed but it is another thing when someone is sincere when asking the question. I have found that the associates really want to assist and enjoy what they do. Management is doing a great job and may need to give other local Home Depot stores some pointers.

I needed to cut a piece of wood for a shelf and the associate found a 99% similar shelf as I needed and cut it exactly how I asked.

Sales associate extremely helpful taking me to where the product I needed was and the cashier was very friendly and helpful during the checkout process.

We had a great experience while shopping at this store on 11/12. We had a very long list of miscellaneous supplies, and Ray and Joan were more than happy to help us find everything we needed. Both associates were friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to help. I will definitely be shopping at this store again.

I was looking for paint to match something special, The employee was stacking products on the shelves but Another Employee asked me if I need help and called the employee to come and help me which he was very friendly and professional. he placed my item in a machine and matched the color with the paint and gave me a smile too. This store has been always my Favorite Store, The employees are great and helpful, I am not good with names but I remember one with name Kevin who goes out of his way for the customers and I guess a supervisor with the name Ismail and several other employees but I don't remember their names. Good job.

Roxana is always smiling and rings up merchandise accurate. She is the best cashier associate.

Marcos Recio the Flooring Specialist is enthusiastic about his work and is quite knowledgeable of the store offering. It is refreshing!

We live next to Four Home Depots and this is the one we always go to. The Manager Dino Dinari is always visible and obviously sets the tone of the great attitude and helpfulness his employees display.

The store was clean and it was easy to find what I needed. There were many employees walking around filling in the shelves, however they did not acknowledge customers and somewhat avoided eye contact so they would not be asked questions. If you do not know how to use the self checkout, please do not use it as the cashier was not helpful and downright rude to those who experienced issues. She was slow and was not able to multi-task. There were only two regular registers open with lines, so expect delays when checking out. There was nothing inherently negative about this trip and it was a basic, average visit to a Home Improvement Warehouse. I knew what I needed, found it and was in and out. If you need assistance or don't know exactly what you are looking for, you may be out of luck.

The store associates were friendly and very helpful. They were informative and knowledgeable of the products also. The store was exceptionally clean without too much clutter in between aisles.

Union NJ Home Depot has absolutely great customer service

Use the store all the time, but usually use Benjamin Moore paint. Tried using Behr this time, first wrong color then semi-gloss when we wanted eggshell. Painting it for second time.

Most of the time associates are easy available to help you, friendly and know where to find things. I was renovating a new house and spent a lot of time and money in the store. I'd like to get some more discounts and coupons. The best store in the area is one on rt 22.

Team members was very pleasant when needed help.cashier was a little nice after I started talking to her, but was very pleasant talking to 3 fireman before me. I notice this. All customers should be acknowledge the same
