I quickly Went in for some boxes . Everyone was smiling and eager to help ... Good store !!!

First impression definitely is important! Needed to get one item... That changed when I was greeted by two store employees as soon as I entered the store. The employees were from the hardware department they were professionals and courteous. Moreover, they seemed to like helping customers and it was a great shopping experience.

Generally clean, well stocked with organized shelves. Staff is helpful and checkout tends to be fast.

This store offers the best customer service out of all the home depots I've been too. The service desk at this store has the most helpful associates. If you want a smooth experience stop by route 22 home depot

my salesman had such an extensive knowledge of all of the brands he basically directed me to the machine that was perfect for me. No drama or pressure just help with a smile.

This store went above & beyond to help me. I asked a question about re-wiring something & the employee did it for me!

I usually shop at your Ramsey NJ store the staff there are very polite, courteous and helpful. On occasion I shop by both the Nanuet ny store, and Palisades Mall store in NY neither of which compare to the terrific staff at the Ramsey store. Whatever they are doing there it works!!!! I also want to thank Kim Rozylowicz. on 12/14/18 she wash a great help in setting up a home delivery for me of green board and other supplies that I need to renovate my bathroom as well as setting me up with a home depot account. I usually respond right away but with the holidays things got very busy. Please pass along my sincere gratitude to the entire staff at the Ramsey NJ store and have a Happy and Healthy New Year!

THE STORE WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE AND TRYING TO DO THEIR BEST. THE APPLIANCE DELIVERY CUB CONTRACTORS ON THE OTHER HAND WERE TERRIBLE . IF THE SAME DELIVERY COMPANY IS STILL WORKING FOR HD IN 2017 WHEN I REDO MY KITCHEN I WILL SHOP ELSEWHERE. WHAT A SHAME.

The store employees were very friendly, and willing to assist any customer who needed help. the store was cleaned and the environment was friendly.

The staff there was very helpful and pleasant, and assisted me with a huge load of lumber that I was purchasing. They helped me load everything and made my experience easy and enjoyable. Andrew from the Lumber department was great and went above what his duties entail as a HD employee. Great store, glad I moved to the area because I shop at HD a lot!

STAFF NO VERY HELPFUL. I ASKED A QUESTION AND THE STAFF PERON POINTED TO HIS SUPERVISOR AND SAID GO ASK HIM?

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I always get to ask the floor staff about certain items that I can't locate and they would actually walk with me until I find my items and tools...Thank you for your professionalism.

The only reason I rated store cleanliness as good is because this is a home improvement store not a hospital.

Store Mgr works the aisles helping and talking with customers. I find most other associates are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

All of the employees were helpful and the store was easily laid out. It was easy for me to find what I needed.
