Cashier had an attitude and made me lift the heavy bag in my cart even though he was probably 30 years younger than me and a male. I won't go back to this store because I don't want to deal with him. He used to work at the grocery store near my home and I got the same attitude and poor customer service so refused to go through his line. He must have gotten fired for his rude attitude. Store is fine he is the problem.

Awesome experience. The Sales Associate was very friendly, Knowledgeable and he took his time explaining the difference in the products that I was purchasing. He made my experience at Home Depot worth coming back for all my future Home projects.

Everyone was so helpful, even when I had to return an item.

Help was offered without my asking and all of the products I needed during this visit were easily found and in stock. It was an overall great experience!

I had to return to the store for assistance with a product that I had purchased. One of your employees was very helpful in showing me how to operate a staple gun. I should have told you about my experience during that time. But, now I sad that I didn't do it. I like your store and the products it offers. Please keep up the great customer service. Oh, by the way, I do get greeted each and every time I enter this store.

I appreciate the manor in which the sales associates communicate with me. After greeting me and asking if I need any help, they ley me shop around on my own, but are easy to find if I end up needing help.

The mobile app said my item wasn't there, a phone call confirmed that the item wasn't there. When I arrived at the store, THREE of the item I wanted was there! This flaw could cost the store!

Kevin at the University Home Depot store in Charlotte, North Carolina helped me find a washer and dryer for a great price. He was very knowledgable about the different sales/specials that were going on and seemed to be engaged in making sure I received great customer service (even though it took me 30 minutes to a 1 hour to decide, he was very patient with me). I had to search out help in the other departments, but Kevin approached me and asked if I needed help. Thank you Kevin for all your help and for offering me the best deal. You rock!!!

I recently purchased my new appliances from the University Home Depot and my sales associate was extremely courteous and helpful in getting my order processed and was patient as I decided in the right color for me and added extra items to my order so they can arrive together. I loved my store experience and will make this my home store for all my future home projects.

I walked in and was immediately asked if I needed help in finding what I was looking for. While following those directions, I was asked by another associate if I needed help. I was able to find my two items in 10 min, at the Self Serv register, and out the door, in approx 15 minutes total...ringing the bell on the way out.

I can't recall a single bad experience in this store, and I'm in there possibly more than some of the employees. Many of the employes are like long-time friends to me and they treat everyone else very well. On the rare occasion I have a question, the employees go out of their way to help me find an answer. My experience says the staff of this store should be the model for every other Home Depot in the country. This crew is the best. The nice fellow who cuts blinds is always pleasant. The ladies at the Contractor checkout are always fun. The Carribean/Jamaican guy who helps load items is a delight. I've never experienced a nicer group of people in a chain store. Management would be making a huge mistake if they changed a single thing at this location. I've never had a bad experience at this location. Well, there was the one time I left my wallet at home, but that's not their fault.

The store was nasty at 7:15 in the morning, what happened here. Won't be back! Hate the depot.

I found what I needed, realized a larger item was a better price and the salesperson held helped me reverse items and close out.

Kenneth in the paint department really helped me. Great suggestions, and he helped find colors that would work to create the look I was going for. Thank you! Check out was also smooth even thought I had all these crazy sample colors and discounted items. A great shopping experience!

The associate I rate above is not in the actual STORE, but in the parking lot. In Store associates nowhere to be found in the department we were in. We were never offered help while actually shopping for our purchase, we were assisted by the cart return associate, who unsolicited came to help my husband load the car with our heavy purchase. Nice young man who took initiative to help without being asked! RARE in young people! Dissappointed, however, that the same courtesy was not displayed in the toilet department. No one there to help us at all! We bought a Kohler and discovered after installing it that the toilet seat was not what was on display for this model OR what was on the instructions for installation. Plan to call Kohler. Not sure if it was a HDepot issue or a manufacturing/packaging error. The one we got was CHEAPO! The one on the display was much nicer.

Ran into store at four minutes to ten to get what I needed to complete a project. Found what I needed, but still needed some help. Was greeted by a pleasant, informative, and helpful associate who gave me what I needed and did not rush me, or get cranky because the store was closing. I was able to get in and out with exactly what I needed by one or two minutes after ten.

went into outside garden Sat at 2:00, busiest time of the week. Needed help answering a plant question. Not an associate was in the dept. As i was walking to inside to find some one two associates walked past me also going inside. No one asked if they could help me, no one aknowledged me.. I had to walk fast to catch up with them and stop them to get help
