horace didn't talk to me like i'm a naughty 4-year-old, just a non-technical woman trying to save money. he gave me a little pep talk (safety first!). i went home and replaced a faulty capacitor & stabilized that wobbly ceiling fan. how empowering!!! thanks, horace, keep up the good work :)

I have not been pleased with the customer service at this store when I have tried to make major purchases. Don't even try to call in for support, they don't answer the phone in a timely manner and they don't pickup when transferred to a specific department.

Freddy and Omar are hard working associates, but trae hodge is lazy and does not help should be fired from he's job. What kind of assistance is this. Poor Freddy

The store was somewhat clean but it was also at the end of the day on sunday; there was not assistance in several departments

I have been shopping at the University Home Depot for the last 15 years. I have never run into any problems with products purchased, or staff in the facility. I consider the HD team a valuable asset to my home and life, and depend on their knowledge to help me through repairs, or what ever my home needs may be.

GOOD PEOPLE WITH DEDICATION GREAT CUTOMER SERVICE

Upon entering the store, I proceed to the lighting department, looking for a replacement bulb for my ceiling fan in the garage. It was late in the evening (after 4PM) which must be the reason no associate was in the area. The associate in the household product department offered to go get the electrician (he said) and he did. In the meantime, he tried to help me find the bulb for the ceiling fan. We wandered over to the ceiling fan department, where I found the LED bulb for my front entryway but not for the ceiling fan in the garage. The electrician, JuneEllla, (I think) came over and after a brief conversation about WHERE the bulb is going and a description of HOW the bulb LOOK. She went directly to it. She was a jewel, lifesaver, all because she's taken the time and energy to learn store products (where they are and what they look like) and she listen. More store employees could take a lesson from her.

HOME DEPOT IS THE ONLY HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE FOR ME. THEY HAVE 99% OF WHAT I NEED. AND THE OTHER 1% I CAN OBTAIN ONLINE!

Needed help with selecting a framing nailer, and pulling it from top shelf once I figured out what I wanted. I was given a true education on what to look for in a framing gun, then directed to where nails were located. I failed to get the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he really did go above and beyond to help me out. I am also very grateful for the military discount that Home Depot offers veterans.

I have always received exceptional customer service at this loacation.

I particularly like that this store has a marked down damaged lumber section that sells for 70% off retail price. I make bird houses in my retirement and using scrap or damaged wood is an advantage to keep my costs down. Also the employees at this store seem to be much more cordial and willing to help me often.

Service is always friendly!

Saturday afternoon and my only option was self checkout, I'm not a fan. Nothing against the cashier running the self checkout. I like option and don't want to be forced to use self checkout with people butting in lines. Rest of the store is clean and well stocked. Home Depot is my preferred home improvement store.

Ronny and Johanna(sp?) where above and beyond to provide superior customer service an a very hectic Memorial Day Monday. Thank you!

I wont give a name but one of the Pro Desk agents is very racist. I asked to speak with the manager and Justin was very professional and handled the situation very well. I have been a long time customer of this Home Depot and Kudos to Donna (Cashier), Elisa (Pro Desk) and Carol (HVAC) they are all amazing!!!! Please give them the recognition they deserve!!!
