The customer service in this store is HORRIBLE

Excellent customer service, much better than other local locations, ALWAYS well stocked! Linda at the customer service desk is the ABSOLUTE BEST as well as the hottie in the tile section!

Everyone was too busy to help! Some employees pointed me in different directions and it’s a huge store and I got frustrated that it took the 7th employee to finally help me! Very disappointed!

Personnel say "Hello" but never add "May we help you today." Personnel are often on cell phones. Large pallets are left in the middle of the front aisle--try being a senior citizen pushing a pallet with 11 bags of mulch and missing the pallet plopped in the middle of the aisle. At 7:00 in the morning, there is often no register with a cashier--except for contractors which is at the far end of the store. The only reason I wasn't stuck trying to use the self service registers to get my 11 bags of mulch was that one of the people at the customer service desk took pity on my (after I accidently banged my pallet of mulch into the pallet left in the middle of the aisle). She was very helpful. IS THERESOME REASON ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH WHY SELF SERVE REGISTERS DO NOT HAVE GUNS INSTEAD OF EXPECTING US TO LIFT THE PRODUCTS UP TO THE SCANNER!!!! Regarding the loss of brands such as Minwax or THomson's, myself and other customers I'm spoke to are convinced it's because the replacement products have paid big bucks to Depot to have their products placed there. I cannot shop at a store where I do not believe the customer's needs come first!!!!!

I don’t have one complaint about this store! It is always clean and orderly. The associates and cashiers are all very friendly and pleasant. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or condescending. I visit Home Depots very frequently in the PA, NJ and DE areas and this is the best, most well run Home Depot of them all. Thank you all for doing such a great job!
