This pantry was originally outfitted with those awful wire shelves. Since I previously had such a good experience with Home Depot converting two other closets to my satisfaction, I naturally decided to ask them to re-fit this one. The designers listened to my ideas and we had a great relationship. Initially the lower drawers weren't as deep as I had expected. But to my delight the Home Depot staff were absolutely wonderful in replacing them with deeper drawers. That's where I am now able to store the two large pieces seen here. Everyone involved - starting with designers, management staff, and installers were wonderful. I highly recommend hiring Home Depot.

Anytime I need Assistance, in the Venice, Florida Home Depot, And I have the Opportunity to interact with SUZETTE, she goes above and Beyond to assist the customer. If all Employee aspired to possess Suzette's Work Ethic, this location would be inundated with GREAT Reviews On Google..... She is AMAZING!!!

Easy to install with a separately purchased ceramic drill bit. Convenient on off switch no long need to find the switch under the sink cabinet. Highly recommend getting one.

I’ve been searching for decent quality garland since last Christmas and just stumbled upon this today at Home Depot. It looks better than I thought it would! It is 9ft long and has lights than can bet set on a 6 hour timer or turned on and off manually. Very happy with this purchase!

The Venice Home Depot is awesome! Always friendly and helpful. Kyle is especially awesome! I always look her if I have a question and I always go through her line at checkout!

Had what I needed and easy to find.

Glad we have this store to go to when we need something for our home. Location is easy to get to and everything is in stock.

We bought a dishwasher (DW) , and we had issues with it, Sales associate Dottie, and Asst GM Richard from the Venice, FL store were incredibly to deal with. They stayed on top of our issues with the warehouse to ensure that it was resolved. It took sometime but they kept us informed and very satisfied with the outcome. PS. I would like you to know about two other super star employees at the same location, Jerry and Judy in plumbing

... all appear to be awfully unhappy at their jobs.

IT TOOK 5 TIMES TO GET THE CORRECT DOORS. ALWAYS A WEAK EXCUSE, AND EACH TIME I HAD TO REORDER IT, IT WAS 4-6 WEEKS TO GET THE WRONG DOOR; AND DO IT AGAIN.

Each employee we interacted with were very helpful. They went out of their way to do so. It was a great experience to get the right products for our repairs and landscape needs.

I run to home depot in worry of any home needs, from tools to repair, building, landscaping I mean everything

I would like to recognize Kevin Powers, Appliance Specialist , who made my shopping experience very pleasant. I came to buy a range stove and he helped me to make a good decision. Kevin was very knowledgeable and explained to me with details what to expect and what to pay attention to when my stove arrives. Without being pushy he advised and convinced me why I should purchase a warranty. I did it for a first time in my life! I’ve been always very skeptical about paying for a warranty. Thank you, Kevin, for your great customer service skills.

amy tried to fix the shipping screw up, waited over 1 hr to get this resolved. Amy helped return the 5 pieces, and found some Moulding that was acceptable. Without Amy I would have been really mad, she helped me with my handicap and solved my delima. I am NOT ever going to order on-line anything from Home Depot

HD card readers are indicating “card declined” when card is good. Fix it

Store as always has plenty of stock, huge selection of parts, pieces, tools, and items. The WORST part is having to scan my own item at checkout and NOT get any discount

What should have been a 10 minute trip to purchase a large tool chest took over an hour because of the staffing. I will never go back on a weekend which means somewhere else will be getting my business ...

Needed a straigh pressure treated 2 x 4 for an ongoing project. Found one that met my needs and was on my way without wasting time trying to find a good one.

Needed some boxes for shipping some items. We found a large selection and different sizes and weight capacity. Reasonably prices and easy to assemble.

I find this store lacking in personnel to assist. I applied to work there but they didn't have a job available.

It took 5 times and 4 months to get the correct order. Not did I explain in great detail and pictures they couldn't get it correct.

I have spent a lot of money at Home Depot over the years and overall, I am pleased with the service. I think we would all agree that the world has changed. It remains to be seen if it is for the better.

Kevin in the appliance department was a joy to work with.Very knowledgeable on the products.
