Michele in the paint section on 6/17/20 was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable in making the right choices and decisions when it came to paint. She was friendly and made the experience wonderful. We had a pretty large paint order for her, we are a handy couple but clueless when it comes to paint. She was more than efficient in getting all of our product together in a timely fashion. She shared with us her personal experiences with some of the items/colors we had picked which made us feel even better about the decisions we were making. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Michele!

I love my local Home Depot in Volo, IL. I always find what I am looking for, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable.

I recently worked with Troy at the pro-desk. As a female, I often run into situations with home repair projects where I am not treated with the same respect as my husband. Not with Troy. He was knowledgeable, professional and respectful at every step of the process. He will be my "go-to-guy" for all of my upcoming projects.

I have to give a HUGE shout out to the PRO Desk at the Ingleside Home Depot Store. Specifically - Troy. If you want a project done right, find him. He helped me plan my new 12x20 composite deck - designed the right way. I am so glad that I purchased the materials on my own with HIS help, and now getting separate quotes for labor. I have saved a lot of money and now I have funds left over to spend on other house projects. Being a girl - its intimidating enough just to walk down to the lumbar side of the store. Thanks Troy and Home Depot. The time you spent with me and my project will not be forgotten.

customer service was great my order was ready when I got to the store for pick up.

Debbie, salesperson with the flooring department, did an excellent job helping me to select new carpeting. The carpet installers did an excellent job installing the carpeting. I am extremely happy with the whole process from start to finish.

Always go to this store for my shopping hardware needs! Today I was in hardware and was buying stuff to hold a picture frame and key holders. I have never hung it on my own before so I had no idea what to get, right away Jerry came up and asked me if I needed help. He asked questions so he knew exactly what I needed,he was so patient! He explained everything to me. So helpful! I went home and it worked perfect! Thank you so much Jerry!

I am a 27 year old female so to say i know nothing about building anything is an understatement. Ruben helped me today. He was amazing and super friendly and nice. He helped me make sure i had everything i needed and made sure i had a great shopping experience. I will definitely be back.

If your looking for flooring and you want to waste time then this Home Depot is for you. After 3 times I think they got the order correct. We will see when the flooring comes in. They won’t schedule an install at this time. They fail to tell you that until after you she’ll out the $$. So done

Worst shopping experience we have ever had. We came in to get cabinets wall mount and base, Unfinished so we could stain ourselves and save some money. We had everything picked out that we wanted and started getting the products off the shelf. I have never in my life seen more damaged product. We tried to change the cabinets to make things work. we ran into more damage and no stock. we ended up getting finished white that we had to pull down ourselves spent double what we planned Due to all this it took us 3 hours to complete this

CASHIER CLAIRE was amazing as we were walking from the paint desk, and she was working the returns desk, she asked if we needed to checkout and assisted us by checking us out, very friendly, and the lady at the paint desk was extremely helpful.

I use to enjoy coming to this location but now its hard to find assistance and the employees are less friendly.
