It was very clean and not a lot of people crowded the aisles

I was looking for a torch head for work. I walked through the door and was not only greeted but the associate directed me to the exact place I needed. I was in and out in under ten minutes.

Reviewed the email from home depot about the big sale on appliances, rushed over and I must say I enjoyed the shopping experience and each and every associate that I ran across was in a great mood and asked if I needed any assistance. Not harassing to purchase anything but just asking if I needed assistance. I loved that! I was helped by Ron Kelso in the washer/dryer department, he was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable about the pros/cons of the various appliances. I was able to make an informed decision, made the purchase with the sale discount and was further surprised that there was an additional $50 discount on the already marked down rates if both the washer and dryer was purchased together. Happy to take advantage of it. My free delivery was set up right then and there and I was provided with a follow up number for delivery if I had any questions as well as a number to contact Ron if I had any additional questions or concerns. I will make future purchases at this location. Very satisfied.

They get really busy but there is always someone to help.

The biggest draw was the variety of stock on the shelf for specific brands....and the cashier was super sweet and made me laugh....a nice change :)

I already know where to go so it was easy to get in and out. Home depot is better than others companies theres more associates that are helpfull and walk you to the section you need to go.

I asked two separate associates for help and both walked me to the items I needed. Checkout attendant was in a great mood and I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Well done!

I had questions in a couple of different departments and the employees that I spoke with were extremely helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated the woman working at the solar booth who struck up a conversation just to be friendly even after I had mentioned that I am a renter and therefore unable to get solar. She really brightened my day.

I got assistance to find privacy slates that the other store did not have

very frustrated trying to find out information from another city.

James, the store manager and the associate, Michelle are always so helpful and professional. I shop at H/D at least twice a week and consider this store my home base! Everything is so well organized which enables me to get in and out fast! I have a lot of work to do and that helps me to be much more efficient at my job!

It is autumn very soon and it is time for planting flowers and vegetables. So I went to Homedepot to buy flowering plants, especially anthuriums, and some vegetables. They are all available.

If it had not been for Tammy, a supervisor, that took charge, I would have walked out probably an hour or more before I did leave. I have never been treated to kind by anyone in that Home Depot in the 29 years I have lived in Las Vegas. She was a dream come true. THANK YOU TAMMY. YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME AGAIN. There is always a store associate ready to help you at this store, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been to other Home Depot stores here in Las Vegas and the associates seem to run and hide, or you at least have to go hunt them down. I have never had that happen to me in this particular store...

Thank you Ashleigh. My mother joined me on a recent trip to Home Depot. She can't stand that long. Ashleigh immediately opened another cashier lane to accommodate my mother. Great customer service. I will definitely recommend Home Depot to friends and family.
