Product wasn’t in stock so I bought it via website and paid for it in advance while at Home Depot. Was told I was to receive a call when it arrived and never did. 3 weeks go by and I get store credit to buy something else.

Impressed with this location

3 people working self checkout which means 3 people watch me scan my purchase. Product and empty pallets blocking aisles.

the folks here are very helpful and experts at some of the trades. found items relatively quickly and good store to visit.

this store was very helpful during my visit. I forgot an item and an employee walked it out to the parking lot and hand it to me.

Built a home with only home depot products

I went to buy flowers for the garden, and the sales associate in the garden center, walked me over to the flowers I was looking for, and the cashier was extremely friendly.

The cashier help me fill out a form to save me $20

Hard to find help when needed.

Every one of the employees were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They went out of their way to be helpful. I was asked several times if I needed assistance.

Aero at checkout was very nice and polite. I’ve always enjoyed shopping at the Home Depot.

Not from around here. Just in town for barrel racing. Our Cashier Hero was very friendly! Very sweet lady!

The customer interaction with Derrick Stansfield and Dave was AWESOME!! Thank you both for your help. The store was clean and employees working not standing around on cell phone. I noticed the Safety measures the 2 employees driving the equipment in store took to make sure my daughter and I were clear of them working. I live in Harrah Newalla but plan to drive the distance for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by the employees. Thank you Home Depot.

This store was busy, but not too busy to give a helping hand and a personal touch by walking all the way to where I needed to get to purchase my items.

I’ve been in this store many times to buy many different things. I have observed times when the store manager is actually rude to employees about how they do their job. It’s demeaning and embarrassing for them AND for me. I believe this should NOT be done on the store floor, rather behind closed doors!

Your employees need to be trained properly! We won't be spending another cent at Home Depot.

I purchased some custom shades. I had the best customer service from Lesa and Janice. I could tell they love what they do. They were friendly and funny. I felt so comfortable wirh them both. I also love the customer service counter. I returned some stuff before and it was hassle free. That after I returned the small items I walked the store and purchased a refrigerator. I just love this store. The best customer service. The culture of the store is awesome.

Today we had Joseph in millwork help us and he could have not been more thorough and helpful, we are very impressed with the help he gave us.

My Wife and I went to grab a cabinet handle to modify a lift table. I'd been looking into Ridgid's line of tools for a bit. They had some tools left for buy 2 batteries and receive a free tool deal. So went ahead and purchased them. The employees were real nice and helpful and just easy to talk to. We also had our dog and the employees interacted with him as well. Really a great store with great employees!

This store always does a great job resolving any issues at customer service. Way to go!!!

This store has vastly improved from the past. Not sure what the deal was with the employees, but no one seemed happy. They are amazing now! Gabriel at the paint counter was an absolute delight! What a kind, friendly young man. He really made my evening. Jennifer my cashier was equally nice!

They will sell you bad/wet/faulty products and not refund your money when you return products that were identified as no good. Poor customer service and lack of prompt action to address customer needs.

I haven’t had a great experience at a Home Depot besides this one! Everyone is so helpful sometimes it’s too much. Love the great work ethic I see here.
