You know, the employees are really friendly. Just walking through Depts to get some where else, everyone looks up and says 'hi' or asks how you are doing today.IF you stop to look at something, they will come over and ask if you need any help. And it is NOT like they aren't busy or helping others. PLUS, its not like they are trying to hard sell you either. Unusual experience now of days.

I went in to buy everything I needed to replace a sump pump for the basement. Upon entering the plumbing area I wasn't sure where to start looking for the pipes, check valves, pumps etc. A store employee was on a ladder and I asked him for that information. He came right down with a pleasant attitude even though I was interrupting him from his task. He steered me to every single thing I needed, showed me options along the way, and made sure I was getting the right product by asking exactly what and where I using this application. An associate asked me upon checkout if I needed help loading in my vehicle, nice. The cash register girl was also very friendly. Left there feeling like they do appreciate their customers.

Very good experience in this Home Depot, associates were very helpful and I found what I was looking for quickly and had time to shop for projects that I plan to do in the near future.

i work in customer service and I have to say, this store really disappointed me. Associates were NOT helpful. No one provided me with help to what products needed. No questions were asked. I am not familiar with this sort of field so any real help would of been appreciated. I went home with the wrong products and then came in to return them, and spend more money, but no. I was denied all returns. Will NEVER shop at Home Depot again.

Needed the lowest cost exterior paint in a hurry. It was a cool day in Northwestern Ohio but much warmer than a normal winter day in February. The associate pointed out that the exterior paint I purchased should be applied at 50 degrees F or higher. I was lucky and the weather was good enough. Paint went on and stayed on fine.

A good experience, the associates were friendly and helpful. Just don't see why it's cheaper to buy a gallon then two quarts which is what I needed to complete a job. It's such a waste that I will be throwing most of what bought away

it is what you would expect from a big box store, nobody who works there is a professional in any specific trade or is even very knowledgeable in their department and only really know basics but I guess that is what you would expect from any of the stores like this lowes, manards, ect...

Customer service was excellent and very polite , friendly

I had to get a mini-refrigerator and Home Depot's brands and prices were really good. The Associates were very helpful, from finding the product I wanted to getting it loaded in the back of the car. Thanks for making me want to shop here again.

Help was available in several locations: the greeter, a department associate, a second department associate, and a clean-up crew. They all appeared nearly before I realized I had a question or needed assistance. The were friendly, extremely competent and knowledgeable… and PAID ATTENTION to the customers's possible needs. This is not the case in comparable (not Home Depot) stores in my area. Bravo to the staff at this store. I will go back often and recommend it to people I know.

Wasn't asked if I needed assistance at all. The Rossford store seems leaps and bounds ahead of this store in customer assistance. However, the cashier was very nice and I did not have to wait in line at all. Good thing I knew where my items were, though.

Ali in the kitchen design center was so knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful with the design of our bookcases. She research different items to help us decide on what to use and gave us many choices. It wasn't easy for us to make a decision on what we wanted but Ali stuck with us, was so patient and helped us through everything and I can't wait to get them installed!

STORE WAS CLEAN AND HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I found what I was looking for right away. The young man who assisted me showed me how the snowblower worked. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable.

Needed plywood cut to specific sizes and Dennis in lumbar was so helpful! Makes my DIY protect a breeze! Thank you!!

The store was clean but items I needed had been moved. Signs indicating the items location were not moved with the items. An associate greeted me and helped me locate the items by using walkie talkie to speak with other associates. Associate was friendly and a big help. One of the items I found on the website that was supposed to be in stock at this store was not available or not on the shelves.

If you need an appliance, go see Laura Rymer! She was so patient with my indecisive nature and offered many helpful tips and information for the appliance we were purchasing.

I can always rely on someone to help me. As a lady in her 70s, I never feel like my questions are "silly". I like the way I am always treated and how knowledgeable the employees are.

Had a long wait until the associate was available to help, but was glad we waited, she was great.

Bought tool chest online, and could pick up the same day ! Fast and easy ! I got a great price and everyone at work was amazed of the price and size of my tool box . I like to thank all at home depot for making this transaction very easy and happy thank you !
