The shelves are now almost full of product, the floor staff is knowledgeable and the checkout staff are terrific.

We went in to price flooring for one of our rentals. We had come from another store like home depot down the street. We were pleasantly surprised at the price of the flooring. We had planned on just pricing today, but ended up buying today because the price was lower than the store we had just left. Thank you!

Recently bought a fixer upper, and have been shopping near daily here for items needed. Every time I come, associates are friendly,and the store is clean. Aisles have just enough grab and go type merchandise that I may have forgotten to get had it not been out posted! I like that the shelves aren't so packed that it's difficult to get the product, but there is definitely enough to buy multiples.

Great selection of the items I needed. I did order them online as they weren't in stock and had to wait almost a week to get the items. Excellent customer service when I came into the store and the layout was very well defined.

Help is the best better then the competitors

I bought a Power Smart snow blower. Already assembled. When I got the product home I adjusted skids, added oil, and gas. Started and ran well also had a little snow to clean up and the machine worked effortlessly performing the task. Really pleased.

Always curtious while shopping

Dustin and Jeff were really helpful, Dustin showed us how to work the string lights, and Jeff got my order I ordered together. They were both helpful and treated us nicely. I would comeback and shop here again

None of the Toledo area stores had much of a selection of Halloween items. We had to travel to North Olmstead, OH and Lake Orion, MI, both nearly 2 hrs away, to find a decent selection.

Jeff and Eric are such incredible employees who helped me find what I have been searching for! They facilitated each step of the experience for me and were so patient and kind. I filled out the survey on my receipt and had to write a review as well - they are the best!

I went to return a part that I purchased for my grill but it was the wrong part. The cashier at the return desk had an attitude and was NOT friendly at all !!Barely acknowledged my present never said a word other than " hand me the scanner" as it was near me. I said thank you after the transaction and nothing he rolled away. Very Poor customer service.

There seemed to be more employees available to help on this visit and I was grateful for their directions and advice.

We purchased all our supplies to build our new deck. What a fantastic store. Had everything we needed, and it was all top-quality lumber. Will definitely be back for many future purchases! Very helpful staff as well. Great pricing on everything!

I had been looking around many stores for an outlet spacer and no such luck. I then went to Home Depot, and an employee named Pat spent the extra time in helping me locate that part. Couldn't be happier.
