I really enjoy going there it is always a great experience any time and all the time I go there. I find it fun, relaxing and educational all at the same time. I recommend Home Depot over the rest in my area. Thank you.

Had a hard time finding what I came in for. Asked an associate for help and he was very helpful but inventory was listed as wrong item even though associate said they had in stock. Not one I was looking for. But other than that good experience and helpful people.

The associate in the paint department was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had placed my paint supplies on the counter and went over to the tool department. When I returned, she handed me supplies that were better quality and on sale for less.

GREAT PLACE TO GET WHAT YOU NEED, FOR ALL YOUR PORJECTS NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL THEY ARE.

Staff was very helpful. I was trying to find a particular size for screw/nut and the hanging selection area was goofed up by previous customers. The associate was patient and helped me find the correct parts by re-organizing the area as we searched.

I was very happy with the customer service that I received over the tool section I'm not a hammer drill but I was looking to buy and he told me all the specs about the different ones and I chose the best one that he told me about and I am very pleased and I will be coming back to purchase the drill

Found what I needed as there was some good helpful instructions and detailed info put near the products. Three workers asked if I needed help over my 1/2 hour in store, but I was fine reading the posted info notes. There was some dry cement powder on the floor from a ripped bag, otherwise excellent cleanliness. I got what I needed and was learning (by looking) about new items in other areas of the store.

The storte is organized and clean the Customer service desk is great and knowledgable

The Wallingford store is well laid out and well lit. The associates were extremely helpful and very friendly. One of the two Associates I delt with went out of his way to actually walk me to where I was looking to go. And the second Associate worked quire hard at getting me what I wanted. Very well done Wallingford! I WILL be back.. (And I live closer to the Home Depot in Middletown).

In the middle of a DYI deck project and I needed to put a custom order in for decking and supplies in addition to a second fridge. Nancy in Kitchens & Baths was able to recommend a product and point out a financing deal for Home Depot credit that would allow zero % APR for 24 months! Don the Pro Desk manager was so patient with my questions and calculations for the deck, recommended different products and stayed over an hour past his shift make sure that I had everything to complete my order. Both these individuals know what great customer service is, and made this experience. Thanks to you both!

People at the contractor desk were very helpful. Their knowledge of the products aided my ultimate selection, and their deck paint recommendation was great

My over-all experience with the Wallingford store is great. Although, I prefer the North Haven Store except for the garden dept. I prefer Wallingford, which has more choices to choose from.
