This store does a good job on keeling the store clean and well stocked.

I shopped all around and only could find the Ondura Roofing panels that I wanted at our local Home Depot. The staff there is always friendly and ready to help you fine whatever you need.

5 STARS and more if I could to Kathrina!, she served the perfect 5 STAR EMPLOYEE top notch, high quality customer service! She deserves a raise or a management position! I walked in and wanted to buy a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower. I wasn't exactly sure which department to head to, so I took a stab at the Lawn and Garden area. Upon making my way there from inside the store, I came across Kathrina doing her work, and I asked her who should I see about buying a tractor. She said that would be me, she walked me to the back to see the one I wanted, explained that she might be able to get me the free financing for 12 months and we headed back the register, she placed the order and answered every question I had. She had the complete knowledge to do her job. She called customer service for the credit card to get me the free financing and boom! Thank you! I got myself my BRAND NEW sexy tractor coming on the 30th. Thank you! Give that girl a #raise

I’m temporarily visiting from Florida after being displaced by a hurricane. I received the upmost compassion and service and respect from the employees especially Jessica and Noah in Apliances. Thank you very much for listening to this old girl cry and helping her to get a couple of the appliances that she needed.

Home Depot is well organized and helps save time in locating a product. Just follow the signs or ask a store member if you do have any problems. Lots of great stuff! Addicting to home owners.

Went for an over the range microwave. The employee told us they didn't carry them but we could order one. 2 rows over was entire section!

We went to the storm door department and was approached by Camron, he helped us with telling us all the different options and made our decision very easy…. Camron place our ordered, measurements has been done the next day….next the door to be installed…… Kudos to Mr. Camron…..

Shopped online first to see if it was available at store. Then went to store to pickup. Shopping was easy and fast.

The customer service was awesome. "Service" is the life blood of any Co.

Every time I shop this store, the sales people seem to avoid helping. They walk by without greeting or asking if a customer needs assistance. Definitely affects the shopping experience. Most of the time I don't need assistance, but there's times a little help would be nice.

I bought a louvered door. IT was a good product the only problem was it took 56 days to be deliverd.

All employees I encountered were friendly and generally knowledgeable. However they had no process to address online problems. I ordered online for in-store pickup. Several hours later I still had not received a pickup text but was driving by and stopped in to check on it(website said order “should” be ready within 2 hours) service desk said all their computer systems were down and they wouldn’t be filling ANY online orders that day. I showed them my order on my phone and asked if I could just pickup my things and that politely said they had no way to allow it

Our salesman was good and helpful. But needs some more training. A little slow cause had to start over a couple times. Reason for 4 stars

The manager Amy helped me order a Double sink for my master bathroom and she was very pleasant to do business with .

I bought a chain link gate got all the way home before I noticed it was damaged

My wife and I found the carpet we wanted and ordered it. Within several days, it had been shipped and delivered to the installers. I missed a free installation promotion by 1 day and called to speak with Amy to see if there was anything she could do. What a blessing! She honored the promo as her words were, "We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied and want you as a repeat customer. Thank you Home Depot and Amy for your professional and caring nature to ensure we were fully satisfied!

The associates at this store are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Thank you to the check out lady cashiering, B. Her bubbly personality and helpfulness helped my project be completed. I was ready to walk out of the store but didnt.

Purchased new washer & dryer. Ordering was very easy with knowledgeable salesperson. Delivery not great. Unprepared (no dolly, had to use ours) and destroyed vent hose trying to install. Left legs off the dryer.

Over thirty years of shopping at this store. Paint, washer and dryer, water heater, wood, shingles, doors, mowers, electrical products, plumbing products, and numerous other items.

I left the macon store due to waiting obverse 20 minutes for someone to get something off the top shelf. Contemplated just not shopping at Home Depot anymore, but decided to give the store in Warner Robins a try. They went above and beyond my expectations! Very courteous, honest, and helpful!

I love going to Home Depot but when I check out I want a live person to check me out not a machine.
