I love this store! It’s my go to place since becoming a home owner!! But my latest trip Ms.Kim went above and beyond! I was crying walking through the store I was having a horrible day and she saw me and helped through the store, get what I needed, took me through check out and out to my car. She was truly my blessing for the day!!

Wow! This was the best experience that I've ever had from any Home Depot store, and any store period, that I've ever been in. Just over the top customer service, and I was greeted from every employee I saw in there. They were all so friendly and helpful.

I was blessed to have Amanda assist us on this visit. She was attentive, patient and made sure we left the store with exactly what we came to purchase. She went above and beyond and because of her we will definitely come again

Bonnie Hooten is awesome! She was about to take her much deserved lunch when I asked her a question. Almost an hour later she was still patiently helping me and ensured all my needs were met. Her co-worker Mo was also involved and a huge help as well. Bonnie and Mo exemplify what Outstanding Customer Service is all about. I am thankful for them and all the Home Depot staff that make my shopping experience pleasant!

My flooring experience with their employees was made easy with the flooring expert. Also the environment of employee to employee was something you rarely witness and it was refreshing to see the camaraderie the employees had for each other in extending their time to help another. They really enjoyed there department and each other.

From customer service to every other department, Warner Robins Home Depot has awesome employees that are so helpful and kind. They treat us like we are important. Bonnie specifically, in the flooring and tile department, went above and beyond multiple times to help make my bathroom renovation go so much smoother. She really deserves a shout-out because this is a person who loves her job and has a level of professionalism that is truly impressive, something that is sorely lacking today.
