Jessica, in flooring, was excellent to work with. She anticipated my questions and provided answers in advance. That whole department was friendly and a hoot to work with.

My experience at Home Depot is always good. This particular time, I was pleasantly greeted by Rhoshunda as I entered the garden center and was asked if I needed assistance. Donald walked up at the same time and offered to load the bags of soil on my cart. He then waited for me to check out to load them in my car. Both of these employees were friendly and helpful and are no doubt an asset to Home Depot.

I did not have to go looking for anyone to assist me, an associate approached me. He was friendly, helpful and I felt that I could trust his experience about the product.

Homedepot in GA installation team and installation contractor, POOR, TERRIBLE, DISAPPOINTED, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, provided by Homedepot installer team, for a service paid in advance, nearly 2 months to have the service completed. 

The sales person in the paint department was very friendly and her help was exceptional. In each department there was someone that offered assistance. The cashier Amanda was very pleasant and helpful also during our checkout experience.

The store is tidy and item areas are easy to find. Associates are readily helpful and friendly. Moreover, the event board posted outside the entrance door is always up to date!

I am well-pleased with my experiences shopping in this store; I'm usually there about once a week. Everyone there is happy, friendly, and helpful; and I walk out with what I need. Also, the free coffee is a nice bonus. => Thank you!

Had a great experience today in the kitchen appliance section. Employee on duty helped me locate the correct microwave and trim kit for my built in kitchen cabinet situation. I received clear, concise information.

If you need some construction materials go visit Ms Patricia and Mr Greg. They have the best attitudes and customer service. If Mr Greg doesn’t brighten your day with his upbeat personality, then you should go to the doctor to make sure you still have a pulse. Excellent shopping experience!

Please respect all genders and ethnicities at your store it took me a while to get anyone to help me but I noticed that four people came in after me and they were greeted right away. this makes US feel like we are not welcomed to shop there and yes our perception is our reality no matter how you slice it.

From the time my order was ready to go in, the service personnel in flooring were extremely helpful. They answered questions I didn’t even know to ask.

We walked in the store and Matthew helped us immediately with what we needed, more paint! We had gotten paint the day before and the young lady that helped us was friendly and helpful as well.

What a wonderful and pleasant place to shop for the items that I need. Matt is the Assistant Manager and wonderful.

The associates are well qualified and offer assistance every time I go there. Frequently, I find exactly what I came for and feel as if I am not distracted from my cause.

The employees here are familiar with product locations even if it isn’t their department. I appreciate the fact that they take pride in their job.

I shop at this store all the time, the customer service is awesome, store employees are more than willing to help you find whatever you need. I recently had carpet and laminate installed and the installers were extremely professional. Mr. Raymond Mcentire and Roy "Scott" Young did a phenomenal job with carpet and laminate installation.

I would only shop at this location if you have hours to spend waiting to be helped or don't need assistance from an associate. I waited over 30 minutes to get help in the lumber department and then another 30 minutes to get my materials. I then had to load the materials onto a cart and then into my truck. It would have been smarter to carry the pallet to my truck after I purchased the materials and then load it into my truck. That way I would have only had to move the heavy panels once.

Excellent customer service!! From the front door to the back. Hands down customers are priority here!!

I like going to a store where the associates help instead of hiding

THE ASSOCIATES IN THE WARNER ROBINS STORE WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Great store, helpful employees. I wish there were more on the floor to help. But everyone was informative and I like their selection at this store. I have visited multiple times and found what I needed. Would love more organic plants

The store is always clean the employees have pretty good knowledge of the inventory and the prices are unbeatable!
