Home Depot is my favorite hardware store because most of the time I find the products I need. The associates and management team is always willing to assist in locating products or assist with acquiring quotes as needed. The store is always clean. I especially appreciate the military discount, DIY/DIH classes, and the overall friendliness of the associates and management team.

The associates in the garden department were not at all helpful and seemed unconcerned with customer care. They did not provide assistance when requested--even after a long wait. No problems with the rest of the store; I would recommend shopping in other departments.

The customer service was excellent at this store. All of the employees greeted me and they were very helpful with helping me find the supplies that I needed. My cashier Carrie was also very kind and helpful. I will definitely continue shopping here in the future. I also recommend this Home Depot to anyone!

If you have an electrical issue, talk to Lee. He knows his stuff. The rest of this store is hopeless.

We were there on a Saturday morning in February buying paint and painting supplies for our home renovation. It was not super busy, which probably expedited our service, but our service was terrific. The paint technician, a young lady named Nikki, was very helpful, friendly, and seemed to really know paint. She also was able to mix up our paint more quickly than we expected. They had only the self-service checkout open but there was a friendly young lady there to assist. She actually checked us out as we had large buckets of pain which are not conducive to self-service checkout. All in all, a very positive experience. I have not always had great service at other Home Depots in the past so was very pleasantly surprised.

Associates are friendly and helpful when asked. Sometimes hard to find help.

Mr. Mario in the Pro Desk- Lumber area of the store was great! He always greets us with a smile on his face and makes it a point to interact with the kid when she's with us. It's the little things like remembering her name and saying hello that we'll always remember in regards to the Friendly/Helpful/Hardworking employees in this store. This store has a handful of great employees and hopefully Mario is recognized as one of them. Thank you!

This store has very much declined over the past few months. As a Pro Customer who visits regularly, there are only a select handful of helpful, knowledgeable employees. I've had an issue in the past and instead of management coming to me directly, they had lower management contact me about the issue at hand. As a 'Pro Customer' it seems like myself, alongside all day-to-day customers, should be treated like our business is valued, that our dollar counts to this store.

The employees at this store are awesome! They go way beyond to help customers; I know! Prices and selections are great as well, with good sales every week. Associate, Conswalla B. went above and beyond with the service I needed. She made extra phone calls to get me the interest free promotion on my Home Depot credit card and even looked up a previous appliance purchase I had made to make sure my new appliance I was purchasing would match! Awesome!

The associates at store 0163 are pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. Yay, Home Depot!

The store was clean and well stocked. We were greeted when we entered. We were helped by a knowledgeable and friendly young man. Our check out was speedy and the cashier was very sweet. Our only suggestion to this store is to spare their cashiers the blasts of cold air they get every time the door opens. They could place a wind blocker or just do away with the registers that are directly in front of the doors.

This store is our home store we live in Bonaire GA, When we visit the employees are always so friendly and always helpful with everything and they do give military discounts with military id.

Store personnel were very courteous and helpful. It was wonderful for once to go to a place where they truly looked after their customers. I have shopped Macon, Columbus and Thomaston Home Depot. I will use this store from now on. I bought a lawn mower at this store last year and had a good experience so when I needed some supplies I decided to go back to this store. I am glad I did

I used to go to the Macon store and found it to be a little disorganized. After not being able to find what I needed there I went to the Warner Robins store and was very surprised to find that it was one of the cleanest and organized Home Depot stores that I had ever been in. I was also surprised that the employees acted like they WANTED to be there and WANTED to help their customers. Keep up the good work or what ever you're doing because its working. Thank you

The service in this store has declined to rock bottom. The few employees in the store who do provide quality service I will bet are overworked by customers and Management (not to mention underpaid). This store needs an overhaul. I hate shopping this store and will sometimes drive 30 miles out of my way to Macon for better service. Thank you Quentin and Emily for the consistent great quality service you ALWAYS provide. Hope HD Management and Corporate realize the value you bring to that horrible store.
