This store is amazing

The staff are always very nice & helpful

The employees were very helpful and friendly! The store is neat and clean and has a new, updated self checkout system which I love because it makes checking fast and easy.

Derrick in appliances helped us find exactly what I needed. He was patient and took the time to explain differences in items to me. Best service I’ve received there.

Not organize

Don't like dogs in store that are not services dogs and on a leash don't like not knowing if the military discount will be on the item I purchesed

Nice, accommodating and fast service!

My only issue was that there was only one cashier...I had to wait quite a while even though there was only one customer ahead of me.

Poorly working self checkout, entrance to the store is on the opposite side as the exit, handicap parking by the entrance but not by the exit and the gravel used to sand the lot was so large a lady using that parking could not push her cart through it to her car.

they have some very sharp employee and some that need more education on what they are selling and in finding help when you need help. this is the same problem with Lowes.

Since getting the new store manager Sherie couple years ago this store has turned around and I now like shopping there. Before I would drive to Anchorage or order online. Your employees even seem happy which makes for happy customers. Now they ask to help us, know where everything is and it’s fun shopping. I still shop on-line as I want Alaska Air miles but pick up in store and try not to shop for more.

The store that has everything and is up to date with new tech and appliances that normally you can only find online.

Great store and great service

My husband and i really enjoy date nights at this location. Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We have been customers for over 15 years and have a great knowledge of the store layout but it is always fun to learn a new DIY project and get help from Home Depot. Thanks a bunch.

Some employees helpful and friendly, but not all. Had an employee tell me he was too busy to help me, and when I jokingly said well I guess I’ll have to go somewhere else he said yes, probably. Store lost a very large sale due to that, and he knew what I wanted to buy was a couple thousand dollars.

While the store is clean and many of the employees are wonderful, someone in a management position should never speak to nor treat a paying customer the way I received it. There is absolutely no reason to treat a customer with such utter disregard for simply asking a question. I would prefer to take my business elsewhere.

Everybody in Wasilla knows that THIS Home Depot store hires miserable people that have no knowledge of the things they sell. Their employees are so not helpful, nasty and degrading. They obviously do not want to do their job. And of course, since the employees on the floor think it is acceptable to treat paying customers in such fashion, their managers aren’t doing their job either! I don’t like how employees at this store treat paying customers. Your associates are not friendly and helpful, I guess that’s the power of Home Depot!

All the employees are sooo helpful, super friendly and knowledgeable! It’s my favorite store in town.

I ordered over $900 of building materials. I was told it would be ready at a certain time in the afternoon and I would be called. I didn't get a call by that appointed time, so I went to the store (1st failure). At the store I was told the pro shop was closed and my order hadn't been assembled (2nd failure). Customer service attempted to help. The lady searched the record and saw that someone had written into the record that I would come in to pick up the order 3 days hence (an absolute lie, 3rd failure). Eventually, about an hour later, my order was assembled and a competent young man (Sean) helped me load up. I am a disabled veteran and I don't appreciate Home Depot lying to me and the incompetence. The store was clean and otherwise in order.

Great service from the appliance department over Memorial Day! Bought Washer and Dryer and the associate was very knowledgeable, fun to work with and quick!
