Always super friendly and willing to help or find another person to help

Appreciated her friendly demeanor and sharing benefits on our receipt.

We went looking for blinds. Not only did we get the blinds we wanted, we had excellent customer service from Chase, the employee, who actually took interest in our purchase.

need to fix the lighting in parking-lot. It’s really dark cant barley see people walking and doesn’t look open.

On Christmas Eve, the store was pretty crowded and I only wanted 1 product. At the door, even before stepping in, a young woman greeted me and was helpful in telling me where to go for what I wanted. At checkout, I dropped change in the machine but it did not register on the screen. I asked an employee for help, and she tried to assist and was being called to go elsewhere. She was very busy. She came back and dropped a quarter in and it and my previous one registered. After finishing, I looked for her. I wanted to get her name and compliment her on the survey, but she was over helping someone else. She was very busy. Meanwhile, another employee was standing by the register and I asked her who was that woman and described her. She gave me her name. Then she said her name would be on the receipt and I said she had been helpful to me and the third employee praised her. This was Christmas Eve and there were lots of shoppers and Home Depot made an effort to increase customer service interaction. Kudos to them.

Too busy to care bad behavior

I have been in and out of Home Depot over the last couple months for a building project. I even had to return items we didn't need or purchased that was not correct. All met with smiles and no hassles. On other items I needed help with, someone was happy to do it, plus I didn't get that, "you are putting me out feeling" like I have received at the competitions place, which is why I don't shop the competition anymore! Does HD have the best quality, well for a big box store they do pretty good, but remember you do get what you pay for.

Every time I go to this Home Depot, I am met with courteous and respectful employees who are more than willing to take the time to help me find what I need, with no sales pressure, no confusion, and absolutely great service, all the time with smiles.

Been over an hour waiting to get loaded with drywall and talked to 3 different people and called and yet we still sit here and wait.

We check online for a septic tank. It said there was limited stock. So we called the store. They said yes there is one in stock. So we drove over an hour, one way, to the store in a very un-fuel efficient truck. We get there set eyes on the tank. Go straight to customer service and pay for it. We leave and as we are about to load it the same customer service agent, Amanda, comes out of the store with some random sticker in hand that she freshly printed and says we can’t take something we just paid for. Because it was on hold for someone. So your website, phone agent and customer service all lied about the septic tank. Not to mention the customer service agent, Amanda, works in the department where you buy online and pick up. You would think that would have been checked before we paid, before we drove over an hour to get it. You would think the web site would show that the tank is not for sale if it’s already been paid for. I will not be suggesting HD any time soon to anyone. We where told we MIGHT get a tank transferred, but with everything that have shown we won’t be holding our breath.

Excellent customer service. Employees went out of their way without asking them for additional help. Attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, without being pushy. We just bought a home and we were visiting several sections for various things we needed for the house. Everyone we met in every section was above par.

This Home Depot is very clean and well organized, and the associates are friendly. My dad and knew exactly where to go for my new box-freezer, kitchen appliances. There was an associate manning her area, she was interested in our purchase and pointed us to the right freezer. Oddly, it was the only 7 ft.-square box freezer in stock and had been received the night prior to our 7a.m. visit. Nice. She and her associate lifted the freezer, for us, onto the giant orange cart. Check out was easy and we got all the information about the protection plan we purchased, at the front registers from the cashiers. Overall a fun and easy visit. Thanks Wasilla Home Depot!

Whether it's advice on home/mechanical issues to locating a product, I always get the assistance I need from store 1304. I love shopping here and always feel welcomed.

We found the product we were looking for and the staff was friendly and very helpful. When we needed to return the product, the staff was very helpful and the return process was quick and professional. We were very happy with our experience there.

The location of the store is great, I can get in and out without having to become enmeshed in commuter traffic.

The Home Depot in Wasilla is my main go to shop for all things home building and construction related. I find this store to be well organized, the employees know where stuff is and they go out of their way to be helpful and friendly whenever I visit. Some big box stores like this tend to hire people that don't really care or don't know anything about building. I have found this particular location to have lots of employees who have worked in the building industry and are very helpful with my projects. Definitely will return and recommend to my friends.

I find this store has the most friendly personnel and I never have to chase someone down to get assistance. Their garden section is outstanding the the sales are always on what I need. The floors are clear and uncluttered...the parking lot has a reserved place for veterans (I'm a disabled vet) and they are always willing to help me load my lumber and heavy sacks.

Terrible deliver service. Made promise to deliver on certain day and did not deliver on that day.

It’s off the beaten path but starting to catch hold. Location is everything. Wasilla is a town that came to be very fast. Most of the main business are along the highway that goes through the town. A lot of people don’t want to turn off the main street

I am a frequent customer of your store. I love how I am greeted with smiles, even behind the masks. I've only had a few times that you guys were out of what I needed. I can not say this enough about Becky. She's an amazing associate that goes WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND for me every time I am in your store. I wish everyone could follow her lead. There aren't enough words to express how much she has done for me, and not just one time. It's every single time. Please thank her, or give that girl a raise or promotion because she surely deserves it.

My cashier, Rebecca, was absolutely wonderful. During my short interaction with her at the checkout, her warm smile and friendliness made me feel very welcome and appreciated. I will gladly shop at this store in the future based on my interaction with her. She is a model for other employees to emulate!

Went shopping for tile and Chase in the kitchen department was awesome! He answered my questions, got the product for me and loaded my cart. Great customer service!

I shop at this store several days a week and everyone is alway friendly.

We seem to shop here weekly. We love it. They are always friendly, always have what we need in stock, every area of the store has helpful staff, from the paint department, the equipment rental and even the carpeting area, all amazingly helpful staff!

This store is always clean, someone always greets me with more than a head nod and a grunt! I can always find help. The people that work in rental department are so friendly and helpful. My cashier...Marlin always has a smile and a great attitude!

Employees are great, but inventory needs work. What the website for this store says is in inventory and its location in the store is rarely accurate.
