Nice parking area that was maintained during the Winter months. Entered the store found the products quick with some assistance from employees and quick checkout at the register in about 3 minutes.

One thing I love about this Home Depot. Everyone there treats you like a good neighbor. Employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I feel their customer service really sets them apart from other big box retailers. You don't get that in all Home Depots or other big box stores for that matter. Wasilla Home Depot has the best of the best for employees! Keep up the good work guys!

EXCELLENT! Knowledgeable and friendly customer service! She went above and beyond in helping me find a washing machine that is user friendly, good quality and doesn’t break the bank. Plus they can deliver next week, not like another store I had just visited (2 month wait). Super pleased!

I usually order large quantities of materials from the Pro Desk and always receive great customer service. I usually make these orders over the phone and they have my materials staged for pick up in a timely manner. The discount I get for bulk orders are a great deal to take advantage of and saves hundreds of dollars for my business. Thanks Home Depot!

We recently had flooring installed thru the Home Depot. It was a great experience! From day one when they measured- thanks Dave at NBI- to the pouring of the leveling agent, to the vinyl install and carpet. Lonn and his crew were amazing- personable, professional, efficient as were the carpet installers! One a scare of 1 to 10-they would get an 11! I would recommend them to anyone Thank you Home Depot and NBI!

My experience with Lorenzo at the Wasilla customer service counter was EXCELLENT. He went above & beyond trying to locate one of the last riding lawnmowers in the state. Supplies are extremely low this year due to Covid. He tracked one down secured the purchase arranged for it to be delivered to my home. He spent almost an hour being courteous, efficient, patient & helpful while the store was crazy busy! THANK YOU LORENZO

I bought a new toy today, a Ryobi lawn mower. After injuring my rotator cuff I'm not able to do a lot of lifting, I did not have to explain, all I did was ask for assistance. Two male associates carried the mower to check out while a female associate found a cart. They even told The cashier I would need help loading it. After paying, the cashier continued the excellent and speedy service by loading the mower into my truck. Very pleased with the appearance of the Ryobi also, looks like a racer. I may not be able to do it justice, however, my granddaughter is eager to take it for a spin. I highly recommend the Wasilla Home Depot.

With there phone app and friendly service it's always a fast and simple shopping experience, expecly I'm short on time and running job to job.

While shopping, I met the Milwaukee tool Rep and he gave me some good info on an impact I was looking at. I ended up buying it and was quite pleased with the experience.

The pro desk and the pro desk manager are the worst I have seen in my 28 years of construction experience. Run Away!

Store associates were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Store was well stocked with needed supplies. Store had the products I was there to pickup. Store was clean and materials were easy to locate and load. Fast and easy checkout with a great sales associate (Marlun).

Clean, client based, extremely courteous and helpful, I don't shop anywhere else both my wife and I have been satisfied for years no need to go anywhere else.
