I was taken great care of at both the paint center and the check out. I will say I could not find the Toughmate Saw horse I was looking for....and could not find an associate to assist....had to move along with my day...Ill be back though..

The products I was looking for where not in the correct bins under the correct prices. Many where out of stock I think, unsure, because there where no employees available to help. They where on the floor, but with other customers. The one I did get to talk to at the cash register was very helpful, friendly and apologetic at the lack of help. I would expect this on a busy weekend, but at 10 in the morning it just was not that busy. Simply not enough employees to help the customers. This is not a reflection on the emplyees, they all seemed friendly, just there was not enough of them.

Tony in lumber did an outstanding job in meeting my needs in panel cutting..Very pleasant and helpful.

I am most happy with The Home Depot staff over many other home improvement stores because their staff is always available and happy to help. That goes a long way with me!

12-15 Gallons of OOPS paint that was made in Error by store employees not wanting to be sold, didn't feel like selling it TODAY & if I did it would only be 5.00 dollars off. OOPS paint is always 9.00 dollars and tops 12-15 dollars. But I might let you have it for 55.00 with 5.00 off, but not today. I would however recommend the Pro Desk they are wonderful to us.

My husband and I are always impressed with the customer service throughout the store. If an associate is not able to help, they are on the radio and within minutes someone arrives who can help us. This particular trip, I had some tiles to return - We'd been buying them when we could for our backsplash in our kitchen. They were expensive and I had misplaced the receipts. Richard at the "Returns" counter was able to assist me. I was on my way within 5 minutes. He was kind and efficient - two things I would expect from GREAT customer service.

Staff was very helpful, took us to what we needed and helped us decide which otions were better suited to our needs.

New employee PC in the garden center was very helpful in loading our trailer with mulch and potting soil This was his first day. He was very pleasant and was anxious about his new job. Very positive attitude. We were also pleased to get a great deal on mulch and a reduced price on the potting soil, which is usually expensive

My wife and I visited Home Depot in Waterford, Ct We were their to purchase mulch and potting soil that were on sale. We had the pleasure of meeting a new employee who had just started the hour we arrived. Don't know his name but his initials are JR. As a senior citizen I needed help loading our mulch and soil JR was very helpful in loading our trailer. Very pleasant friendly attitude. Mulch and potting soil were on "special" so the trip was well worth it

As a woman looking for assistance and trying to figure out what I needed, I found that most of the employees were not very helpful or willing to go out of their way to assist. Grumpy, not friendly, and could barely find anyone else to help.

Staff was courteous and everything was fairly easy to find
