This is the best Home Improvement store! Always clean and well organized so that shopping is enjoyable, not overwhelming. Customer service is a priority and that's obvious! When I leave Home Depot in Watertown, NY with my project supplies I have a content and satisfied feeling and look even more forward to my project. Five stars, Home Depot!

Nick from the Garden Center is a great employee he was polite kind and helped me get the merchandise i needed without hestation.

The employees are always super friendly. We frequent this store due to our home renovation project that’s in progress. The store is familiar, easy to shop in, and the employees always make us feel welcome in that they are friendly and professional and always looking to make our trip a good one!

As I stated in the survey, the help on the floor was nonexistent. I am 62 years old and I bought four sets of shelves that were 36"x18"x72" and they were a little heavy and bulky. I would normally have my husband with me but he wasn't there and I thought that would be okay because there are usually plenty of employees that ask if you need help. I guess that is only at the Massena, NY store. I could barely manuever the cart through the store. I passed by five employees and not one asked if I needed help or asked if I needed help out. I am just old enough and stubborn enough that I was not going to ask any of them for help if they were not willing to offer. A customer in the parking lot asked if he could help me! Not happy with this store at all. Cashier was friendly that is why I gave it a fair rating and not poor.

Great local store...not too big...local people working and very helpful.

A young man helped me in the molding section, very nice. Cut what I needed and loaded it onto a cart. I didn’t get his name but I think he had a ponytail.

Knowledge staff and the store is very organized and clean.

I have great customer service experience everytime I shop. Also the associates have described techniques and advice on my projects. Watertown Home Depot Rocks.

I would like to say that I could not be happier with the help I received recently purchasing a zero turn lawn mower. Tom was a great help finding my product still in the crate and assisting us during the entire process. The clerks at the service desk were very patient, even during a busy part of the day and a balky computer.

The friendliest store in the North Country. Employees seems to go out their way to be helpful and give ideas for projects. When we go in with an idea for a project, the employees from flooring to appliances, to plumbing have been knowledgeable and helpful. We have saved so much time and money by going to Home Depot for our home projects. This store has the kindest customer service!

Watertown Home Depot store has excellent customer service the reason behind this is because the outstanding leader ship by the management staff and the teamwork of all the associates that work with with the customers and listening to them and understanding their needs for all home improvement needs they are an excellent team of associates in the management staff they always put customers first. They are a very strong supporter of the United States military and The organization called feed our vets, they are a strong supporter of the Jefferson community and Fort drum New York

I think that the best way to characterize the Watertown, NY Home Depot store is to focus on the high level of friendliness and competency that's projected by the associates. The areas of finding products, getting assistance, and store cleanliness are all fine.

The Home Depot in Watertown is one of my favorite places to visit. The staff has always been friendly with us and always points us in the right direction. On our last visit they were very helpful with our carpet purchase. We are very excited to see our house taking shape and becoming a home. . . thanks to our Home Depot. . . this sounds like it's fake. I assure you, I'm a real boy, this is a real review, and no I don't know anyone personally who works there or have any other connection with HD. We love our Home Depot.

I specifically was looking for premium deck boards for my deck and I wasn't having any luck getting 23 sixteen footers out from under the bottom row of shelves. An older employee assisted me finding just the right quality boards for my project. After a pleasant checkout another employee came up and helped me get the lumber outside and on my trailer. I appreciate going to a store where all the store employees are so willing to help. Thank you.

The store was very clean and employees were helpful and courteous. I found exactly what I wanted and was pleased it was actually cheaper than the previous store I checked with.

Staff were all friendly and genuinely took time to ensure that I had any and all help imaginable. Employees were quick but precise to restock items that were in high demand. Despite the foot traffic of people, the store looked clean and well kept. Overall one of the best home depots I've been to.
