We went to this store to order some Anderson windows the associate Jim B was very knowledgeable about the windows and helped place our order over acourse of 2 visits and about 2 hours of decision making.He was Awesome and very friendly it was a great experience! The store was clean and the other associates that we had spoke to that day which was quite a few were very helpful and friendly! Love this store!

The employees at this Home Depot are friendly and knowledgeable. It is well-staffed, clean and fully stocked. They stand by their products and services and I have always been satisfied with the outcomes. This is my go-to "do-it-yourself" store.

The product I was looking for was a Ridgid Impact Driver, which I was more than able to find upon entry to the store. I needed assistance and was able to find help with in a reasonable amount of time. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about my tool purchase and easily answered all my question. the store was neat and orderly and easy to maneuver in. good job by both people including my cashier Diane

The store associate was extremely knowledgeable about several brands of ceiling fans and was able to offer personal experience with a large fan in his home. Associate compared lighting on several fans for our room size. Very helpful.

This store was clean, the employees friendly and helpful. I was shopping for 2 x 2 lumber and found many of them so crooked that they were totally unusable. I was able to find 2 that were fine and since that was all I needed, I was happy.

The store was beautiful and the employees are out of this world. As a single mom, they have made my home improvement projects a breeze!! I will revisit just for all of the warm smiles and inviting atmosphere!

If you need boards cut to size, THD is the only place to go. This service is awesome. I needed a sheet of oak plywood ripped for a kitchen remodel and the cut was precise and very clean. Also made it easier to get home in my SUV than a full sheet.

Paula in the paint department is so knowledgeable about the products and DIY woodworking projects!!

The help I have received from employees of this store has been outstanding. A recent buying experience with the help of Cheryl in flooring was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. All store employees I have dealt with over the years at this location have been friendly and helpful. It is the reason I shop at this specific store.

5 employees were sitting at flooring dept desk (Sat @ 4:00). When I needed help, they seemed like I was bothering them. Lady helped me by stating that sign was wrong & it should be labeled better & then went back to talk to her co-workers (even though I had more questions). Cashier only wanted to sell me Home Depot credit card & when I said no thanks, he took it personally & it turned bad (he looked rough like maybe was homeless or former addict or addict & I was getting a little scared).

The store was reasonably clean considfring the changeover to spring .

The Waukesha Home Depot store has been terrific over the past five years with multiple building renovations, maintenance, etc. We have spent over $100,000 for both Wisconsin Independent Learning College for adults with autism, my personal family home and rental projects. The staff has always been superb. I know many people by name, both cashiers, associates, and managers. We have always been treated with respect, offered help in so many departments over the years, been given good advice, and received excellent service. We always feel welcome. I will continue to shop their as does my family.

Almost always there are plenty of people to assist with finding something or providing information/direction regarding products. Would always choose Home Depot over other home building retailers.

If you need paint, see Caitlyn. She is the best.

Great store personnel in all departments, especially Jenny in flooring. Great installation crews backed by Home Depot so there is never an issue. Good selection of products with name brands. No need to shop the competition unless you want cheap and lesser quality.

We had a great experience when we shopped for carpet! Home Depot had a great selection and great prices and with free installation, free haul away of our old carpet and free furniture moving. Plus, there was FREE financing for 2 years so was a no brainer! Cheryl B. was extremely helpful and friendly. She made the ordering process completely painless. We were very satisfied with our decision. :)

Clean, orderly store with employees available to help. Building materials are indoors which is nice in winter.

Courteous employees helped me find my windows and educated me on paint choices. Stayed with me through the store as I needed to change departments and helped me find everything I needed to complete my project. Even went and got me a larger cart to haul all my purchase. Everything was in stock and I was presented options to choose from. Discounts were given on various items that I did not even know about. Great service.
