I stopped in to this HD instead of the Menards because I was on that side of the street. All I needed was a 15A 2 Wire Duplex Outlet. I had asked for help in finding it, but the employee said he was helping someone else and that was it as far as his service went. I finally found it, however, I was met with a surprise cost of $2.28. I had purchased the same type of outlet from Menards across the street and it was about $.75 cheaper. Since that was all I needed at that time, I purchased it, however, I didn't feel good about the price.

I find everything I am looking for very easily, and because of that I shop here very often.

Great store. I went online first to research the tools I needed for my project. This made it so easy to find the items quickly and efficiently as the isles were very clearly marked. I did have question and the sales associate was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful so that I could make the right choices! Please check out this store. You won't be disappointed!

2 CO-WORKER IN FLOORING THE LATE AFTERNOON OF JUNE 12 WERE EXTRAORDINARY. THEY SEARCHED STORES FOR A PRODUCT WE NEEDED AND CALLED THE RACINE (#4926) STORE TO FIND IT. AFTER THEY COULDN'T FIND IT SHE HELPED US PUT IN A SPECIAL ORDER TO HAVE IT DELIVERED TO THE WAUKESHA (4918) STORE. THEN, THE ASSOCIATE FROM THE RACINE STORE CALLED BACK AFTER IT WAS LOCATED. SHE SEARCHED THE STORE TO TELL US WE COULD GO GET IT. HER CO-WORKER ALSO SAW US IN THE STORE AND CHECKED TO MAKE SURE WE KNEW THE GOOD NEWS. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM 3 ASSOCIATES AT 2 STORES.

I've shopped at Home Depot/Waukesha, WI many times and it's always been a pleasure.

The store associates were a great help on all 4 visits in 2 days and I got exactly want I needed fast at a great price.

I like this store better than the Menomonee Falls near my home, it's more organized, I was able to drive up to the area where the mulch was instead of having to drag it thru the store. I also had purchased a new Toro mower this spring and it was a very good experience for me the staff was very friendly and helpful and that is why I returned there for my garden supplies. Also the 2 for $10 flower baskets were great, I bought several. Hope you have that sale again next year. Linda Mailandt

The store was clean although some of the aisles were difficult to use due to racks blocking. Associates were available for help. I was purchasing hanging flower baskets and there many from which to choose.

Fantastic service, every section I visited there was someone available to assist me.

It has been quite some time since my last visit to this store and I was extremely impressed. The associates were extremely friendly and often offered help. The store was bright, well organized, merchandized, and clutter free. Product selection was superior. I purchased things I had no intention of buying and I rarely do that.

Associates who use the vertical panel saw in the lumber department need to be instructed on how to PROPERLY cut a sheet of plywood into 4 equally sized 2'x4' sheets.

No issues, had just what I was looking for! No issues whatsoever!

Zenither was kind of funny and put me in a better mood then when I entered the store. Cole seemed also helpful to us.

The store was clean and busy. New product was being put out all over the store. Jim in the door area helped us get started on replacing our old doors with a correct measure. We love the designs available! Can't wait to have the doors replaced. Awesome.
