We bought flooring for a remodel. The staff was helpful when we had questions about various products. The floors look great and are easy maintenance even with our large dog.

I have shopped at Home Depot in different places, but the one in Weatherford has topped them all in having the most friendly employees. They don’t pester and bug you, but will ask if you need help and then walk you to where you can find what you need.

This store has been neglected for a long time. High employee turnover and no sense of ownership by employees. I presume corporate noticed, thus the many orange aprons (imagine a huge ant hill) all throughout the store. We shall see if anything comes from this invasion. Sure hope so, as I do like home depot products.

I've been shopping this store for years. They have some of the best employees working for them. Most have worked there for a long time. They seem to enjoy their job and have always been courteous and helpful. If I need anything that I think that they might have in stock, this sore is my first stop.

I had an outstanding experience at Home Depot recently, and I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service I received. I had placed a special order for a product that was delayed due to shipping issues—something that could have seriously impacted a project deadline for one of our customers. Thankfully, the team at this store stepped up in a big way. Assistant Manager Crystal was phenomenal. She took ownership of the issue immediately, tracked the shipment, kept me informed throughout the process, and personally called me the moment the item arrived. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I also want to acknowledge another team member who played a key role in resolving this issue. Although I didn’t catch her name or meet her in person, her behind-the-scenes support was clearly instrumental. It was evident that she was working hard to help ensure we got what we needed in time, and I truly appreciate her efforts. The urgency of the situation wasn’t lost on them—we had a customer waiting on this product for installation, and missing the deadline would have had serious consequences. Thanks to the dedication and teamwork of the Home Depot staff, we were able to meet our commitment and keep the project on track. The store itself was clean, well-stocked, and staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way—I’ll absolutely be returning for future purchases and projects.

I found the part I needed at my Weatherford store and installed it myself.

If you live outside the 30 mile radius of the store, you will sped days trying to get P.Os and the items installed do not buy anything from store unless set in writing about time prieod to get it installed and the 9 phone calls and the lies on what is being done. Talking to product company and installation company.

If you need any help at the Pro-desk, ask for Clayton or Kim. They are both excellent.

We buy all our appliances and building products at Home Depot because of quality and good service

The parking spots are not consistent in width or length. The handicapped spots aren’t long enough for any full sized vehicles. You seriously need angled poll through spots for customers with trailers!

When I go Into a brick and mortar store I expect a full selection of items otherwise I would just shop online.

This store usually has what I’m looking for and is clean. The employees are pleasant and helpful - when you can find one. If you go after 5:00 or on the weekend it is very difficult to find anyone to help. However, if you go before 5:00 on a workday you can get someone to cut your wood for you. This is a great service for small project people like me.

I purchased some mulch to do a couple flower beds. The mulch was delivered to the wrong address. The mulch was way too much for me to move. I worked with Home Depot to get the delivery picked up and delivered to my house the next day. I'm very happy they got the mulch delivered to me. I would definitely shop at Home Depot in Weatherford again. They are all about customer service and support.

Bought two refrigerators, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. After picking out what we wanted Cliff had everything ordered and delivery date setup in no time at all. Smooth process, only fault is Home Depot will not deliver partial orders. One of the items is 3 weeks out as the rest are ready to ship next day but we are having to wait 3 weeks then Home Depot will deliver.

Last night we had the best service ever from H D employees. From returning a product, to help with reaching boxes of tile to the employee at self checkout. Every single employee was perfect!

Customer service desk employees are rude and unprofessional

Lisa made my paint so fire 10/10 came out amazing and THEN i went to checkout at service desk and Dei the best employee on earth checked me out and she was so fast and helpful she needs a raise!!!! 10/10 and I really missed Audria today the manager on the front end she’s always to helpful and makes my day very amazing

I had an unusual part that I wanted to replace. When I was greeted by a Home Depot employee I showed her the item and she asked, what are you going to use that for? When I told her, she knew exactly where to look. It turned out to be a perfect fit. I was very impressed.

I ordered windows installed, in April to install in May. Their supply chain issues delayed the order until June. Installers showed up missing a window and claiming it may be weeks before that one is ready, even though it is a simple standard size window. They showed up without the trim boards that were part of the order, and so now this half day job turns into a full day as they drive for extra hours to scrounge up the materials. And then it won't be done as we continue to wait for the final window. They haven't even done the installation yet, no telling how that is going to go.

The Weatherford Home Depot is always organized, Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help.

I really love the people who work at this store I’m always in it repairing or upgrading something and honestly the employees are starting to feel more like friends then workers
