Interacted with an employee who could care less that I was standing in front of him attempting to process a return. The leadership in this building allows their team to be rude to customers and will find every reason to NOT help. You’re better off keeping what you’re trying to return.

A few times before, I felt like I was bothering the people working at the store, it seemed like it was a big effort for them to help me. I only purchased the item I needed and nothing else!

I had a great experience, customer service/ customer relations was above and beyond my expectations. Shoutout to Kaitlyn (front end lead) for great customer service!

This store is wonderful and I am a frequent customer. Recently my son has become interested in the "race car" carts but they are disgustingly dirty and clearly not cared for...I've had to stop bringing my son to the store because he insists on those carts but they are VERY gross, now when he joins me we go to a different home goods store down the road :(

Steve at this location went above and beyond to make my experience great! I asked for help cutting some wood, because I couldn’t figure out a smooth way to get it started. Steve took the time to show me tips and tricks using a hand saw, so I could learn to do future projects on my own. It was EXTREMELY kind of him to take the extra time with me.

I just finished making a washer and dryer purchase from the West Allis store. I was fortunate to work with the salesperson named Wesley Kranitz. This man knew everything about the products and took the time to explain features that I had no idea in the beginning of my shopping experience even existed. I felt that he genuinely cared about what I needed and really took the fear of making this major purchase away. I would highly recommend this store to anyone

Received great customer service from employee Kendrick. Patio chairs i wanted were not on floor, but he tracked them down for me, went to back, hauled out a large stack of these and cut shrinkwrap for me immediately and even asked if i needed help carrying it down to check stand. By the way he was in the middle of another task when i approached him but he didnt mind at sll, big smile, told me thats his job and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. Also very quick check out lanes

Cashier offered my young son a free building kit and went out of her way to find our order fast. Not too crazy about the political candidates stalking customers in the parking lot for signatures, but I usually find what I need here.

People in landscape went out of their way to help me load my car and get me on my way.

I do not look forward to replacing an appliance but finding Wes who sold me my last appliance some 10 years ago at Home Depot made it easy and stress free.

Lyonal was extremely helpfull and knowledgeable. He’s is a great addition to your team!

I went in to purchase Milorganite to fertilize my lawn. It was meant to enhance the growth of my grass. I shall see how it does in the coming months on my lawn. Looking forward to a lush, green lawn.

I had a refund due to a mistake that Home Depot made in regards to some of the measurements with my kitchen cabinet install. Home Depot was made known and Home Depot made the correction.

Helpful people who actually seem to like their job! Went to kid's workshops there before covid and everyone was so friendly and kind to the children.
