This Home Depot has a great group of employees working. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We shop here all the time. I'm very satisfied with my purchase today.

Minervas left her post to assist us with item of interest. She located the item, found that it was on sale, then took us outside to select and have someone load the outdoor chairs.

Just bought a washing machine at this store and had a great experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful and answered questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. I felt as if they understood this was a big purchase and I had a limited budget, but they made me feel like I was a "big spender". I shouldn't be surprised since I have always had positive experiences in this store and it is now the only Home Depot I shop-great employees and good merchandise!

PR in the plumbing area is phenomenal and REALLY knows her stuff. Everyone we encountered was so nice, and we were even thanked for shopping there by someone in the parking lot! It's like they actually wanted our business!

Came to return an item that I purchased online a couple of months prior to my visit. I didn't have a receipt or anything to help this person. He tried to help me and mentioned checking through my emails to see if I still had any connected to the order. I walked away to join my shopping companion and managed to get on to my Home Depot account and found the info needed to do the return. Went back to Customer Service and was greeted warmly again and he was able to process the return for me and was extremely nice while doing so!

Ordered lumber for our deck, to pick up at a later date. We were helped by Nina and we in and out fast.

Very positive experience in the garden center at the Acton Circle store in Asheville, NC. I have shopped there in the past and have always had good service and experiences. Today was no different. I shopped in the garden center and employees were friendly and helpful. The plants were healthy and there was good variety to choose from. with good prices

The employees seem like they really want to help you find what you want or what you came in there phone and they have no problem on helping you load it and unloaded into your truck awesome place definitely will be back

EMPLOYEES IN STORE CARE ABOUT NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMERS. I ASKED SOMEONE TO HELP ME TO FIND A PART . SHE STOPPED, TOOK ME TO THE WHEN I ASKED EMPLOYEE ABPUT HELPING ME TO FIND AN ITEM, SHE IMMIDIENTLY HELPED ME TO FIND THE DEPARTMENT, HELPED ME TO FIND AN ITEM, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. SHE WAS VERY PATIENT AND NICE TO ME. I WAS IMPRESSED! BESIDES, I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THE NAMES OF EMPLOYEES CHLOE AND LYRIK THAT HELPED ME A LOT! THEY WERE AWSOME!

My husband and I were buying new appliances for the kitchen and Mae was patient and helpful by answering all of our questions and finding ways to help us save money. We were extremely satisfied.

Jenn and Jim were tremendously helpful as I shopped for a garage door for my rental house. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to purchase the door with a check from my home equity line. This seems like a dumb rule. You should change it.

I AM REMODELING A HOME AND I LOVE TO SHOP AT HOME DEPOT ONLINE BUT I COULD NOT GET THE ITEMS I NEEDED QUICK ENOUGH BUT WENT IN THE STORE AND FOUND WHAT I NEEDED QUICKLY AND SO EASY.

We purchased a GE Dryer and received Excellent service and the product was priced good. The salesman/rep was a pleasure to deal with.

Online ordering is a nightmare and very vague. The associate placed all blame on me and at first didn't offer no resolution to the issue. Eventually Israel offered a solution and even then that took a while and he couldn't seem to get the info correct and called me (standing right in front of him) instead of the card holder. I had previously given him the name and phone number for the card holder. He was calm during the whole situation but I hate shopping here and have issues everytime I do. Only shop here as a last resort and have issues everytime.

This will be the Home Depot to go to for many home needs. We decided to use this store because the consultant in the kitchen department showed and interest in our project from the very start. She was very helpful. Going forward this will be our #1 place to give our business to.
