We have been very happy with the services that we have used at West Bend Home Depot location. We have utilized the paint, window treatments and appliances departments and would strongly recommend this store for these services.

I am a DIY'er and Home Depot has been a staple for all of my DIY needs. From the informative staff, ease w/checkout, rebate programs to the helpful hand of loading my vehicle from time to time. Thank you very much Home Depot!

I am a newbie with woodworking projects. I needed several cuts of lumber. I had a list but was getting a bit flustered. Bill S. Came to my rescue. He was so patient with me. He said don't worry we can get this figured out. I immediately relaxed. Excellent customer service.

questionable if you need help finding things you want

The store itself was very clean, everyone would say hi and smile when we walked by. We were asked if we had any questions once we found our item. The associates, while friendly, did not seem to know what they were doing. They were bickering during the process that all three people were trying to do. What I felt should have taken 10 minutes to purchase a dishwasher, turned into 25 minutes.

I think they need more help walking around.

There were 5 people as you enter the front door but the only cash register open was self-checkout. Makes sense to me.

When you walk into the West Bend Home Depot you are always greeted with a smile and a welcome. It's easy to find assistance. Lane, from the paint dept. was walking by and she helped us. We needed the specifications for a sink. She printed out all the information we needed, plus she highlighted important information for us! She then directed us to the counter top area, and sent over a co-worker to check on us to make sure were doing ok. Lane went out of her way to make sure all our needs were taken care of. She's the best!

The associates in this store are always very helpful and friendly.

Looking at chest freezer, purchased the Maytag 14.8cu-ft, Model MZC31T15DW. When going online for a review of products, which is very informative, the online site should indicate if the product would be in-stock or would need to be ordered. Was originally looking at the Amana from the online site, however this is not in-stock. The Maytag item was an acceptable alternate. The in-store sale had the Maytag reduced by $100. Good deal.

While the Home Depot is a distance from my home, I made a specific trip to pick up items offered by Home Depot and no other store. It did not disappoint. The sales representatives were all very helpful, willing to get answers if they did not know the answer and spend time with you. They did not seem like they were hurried and would instead of saying yeah over there isle whatever take a left. They actually walked with you and stayed with you until you were good to go. I miss that service as they had a store in my home town till they closed.

There have never been any problems, weather buying paint or appliances. What they say they will do, is what they do and then some.

As a female and unfamiliar with gadgets and repairs, when shopping without my husband it is always helpful when you can trust an employee for help and advise. I got both while shopping at this Home Depot and it very much appreciated. I was assured that I could return the items if they were the wrong ones helped me feel comfortable with the choices. With help and advise from the employee, I'm sure that everything I purchased will work out fine.

I find our store to be well stocked with pricing better than most.

John C. Is an employee to emulate. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, patient. I actually made the purchase due to his help and interaction. Would work with him in a minute. Went above and beyond some associates I've worked with in the past.

Received help finding what I needed right away. As soon as she noticed that I couldn't find what I needed she asked if I needed help. She found what I was looking for in less than one minute. Store was clean and check out people were friendly.

I was impressed with the number of employees on the floor. No wandering up and down aisles to find someone, only to have them tell me they need to get someone else from another department.

Love every aspect of this store and I am here enough that I could probably work here and be as knowledgeable as most of the staff on where items are located. Everyone here goes out of their way to assist you in finding what you're looking for. I wish the rest of this city's retail workforce was as similar in that regard. The ONLY gripe I have with this store is the fact that they don't carry steel studs. I work with them often and I either need to go 30 miles into Milwaukee to find a store that has them, or drive across the street to the Menard's store....and I'm not a Menard's fan, for what it's worth. Make some room for steel studs!

Every time I step foot through the door I'm greeted by a friendly face. Most of whom I see on a regular basis because of my line of work. The store is always clean. Associates are normally available when you need them unless they are helping other folks. Everyone is always ready to help! Keep up the good work!!!
