I was able to find a plant I was looking for in the dark by the help of an employee there who went above and beyond, by staying with me and using our phones flashlight right when they were about to close. They didn’t complain. So thank you very much. My garden is complete because of their help

I would not advise using the HVAC installation services from this Home Depot. Great equipment options and reasonably priced but the installation group had poor quality of workmanship when installing. When complaining to the company about the work a field supervisor scheduled to come to see the issues and try to fix the issues. My breaking point came when he said if he couldn’t get it fixed right then he would seal it up with caulk, which was one of my primary complaints to start. When he had me look over at the end and I saw all the caulking again he stated that he couldn’t do it right because it should have been done right during the installation before the lines were installed and brazed to the A coil. The items he could redo on one of the sheet metal panels that was originally installed backwards was done very well but the one panel that has holes where air was originally just blowing out of because of the gaps left was not able to be done, as he said, because it should have been done right during installation. Quite frustrating to hear someone who is there to fix the issues say that they couldn’t because it should have been done that way during installation. Also, the line set was short so it couldn’t be strapped back to the joists like it was originally before they did the work. Frustrating because on the quote it said that they would either reuse OR replace the line set and before the installation date I asked the sales rep if they could just replace the line set but he said it wasn’t quoted to replace the line set (even though their paperwork said it clearly on the quote that it was to either reuse OR replace). Don’t want to risk breaking the line or any of the caulked seals by forcefully pushing the line set to the joists just to try and strap them myself, should have been done by the installer and when not, the supervisor should have done this when I pointed it out to him and he said he would get it strapped. Overall, been a loyal Home Depot shopper for decades. Been going to this Home Depot since it was built over a couple decades ago, but this effort was by far the most frustrating experience I have ever had with Home Depot (but it was not directly with them).

I can't say enough about this Home Depot, there is someone who is always familiar with the product, how to use it, what can be subbed for it, and or a better idea. Love that they are able to discern what my husband needs when I have nothing but a picture!

Home Depot is Amazing. I am working on an Eagle Project with the Liberty Township Fire Department. My project involves building 5 wooden shelves for their storage room and they donated all the 2x3s and 2x4s I needed for the project! It was about 40 2x3s and 40 2x4s that they donated for free. Service was great and incredible. I love Home Depot!

I ordered a rather large pickup order online and when I got there, they basically told me it was in one of the end aisles, but no one offered to help me find it turns out it was on three different carts.And three different aisles, no one offered to help me push the carts to the front.Let alone load anything.I definitely will not be back to this location for any large purchases as none of the employee seemed interested in helping me at all

I stopped in to have new carpet installed before Christmas. I worked with an associate named Donna. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She made the process very easy.

They say they give veterans a discount but don’t count on that except they are told to say thank you for your service

I am starting to like this store a lot. I use to shop here years ago on a regular basis. I fell away because of the prices.

There is one middle aged male employee that needs customer service training. Two different days I asked for assistance and he responded, “I have no idea” And blew me off. Every other staff at the location has been very helpful and respectful but him. I shop at this location a lot.

West Chester is the Best Location by Far

I couldn't find the material that I was looking for. Of the 3 associates that I encountered only one could help and that was a struggle. They couldn't understand me. I speak ENGLISH.

This Home Depot has the best employees , always help and courteous. Well informed on stock .

The West Chester Home Depot is always well organized and well stocked, which is very much appreciated! I have visited the electrical section multiple times over the past 4 months, and the associate back there is extremely knowledgeable/friendly/helpful! I rarely have to wait in line at the checkout and when there is a line, the associates are fairly speedy to keep the line moving.

Always a pleasure to have great people like Michele, dean,Rebekah,Aradin,Rick,Mike pope,Jeff,Marv Ashley, Andrea Laura, and Candice working hard for the contractors

Love Home Depot. My go to store for many items. Appliances, Home projects and just about everything under the Sun. 10 percent discount to us Veterans.

There is a competitor store a short distance away but I prefer to shop at Home Depot. I think they have a better, more knowledgeable staff and usually have what I am looking for.

If I want to shop with animals, I’ll go to the Kennel

I bought some gardening rocks today and the kind lady at the register helped me out.

After researching every Home Depot within a 30 mile radius, this Home Depot said that it had 29 items in stock ready for pickup. After driving for 40 minutes, the store did not have the items anywhere. Staff claimed the items were in over stock currently. Then after looking for 45mins they said the store doesn't update the system and it was not available. While wandering around the store looking for the item in overstock areas I noticed there was no real organization for any of the items. Very disappointed with this location and lack of help from management. Definitely will not be doing any business with this location from now on.

I shop HD often — including online. Their workers are always looking to see if I need help vs some places that NEVER want to make eye contact. Thank you Home Depot as a consistently great customer experience AND for my discount as a military veteran.

We had never replaced an entire kitchen and didn’t know how to start. From the minute we talked to Rachelle she put us at ease and made the process easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend using her at this store if you are looking to replace cabinets or need a kitchen designer.

They don’t take Apple Pay. Make sure you go gathering the knowledge you need in advance because those associates in the store seem to lack knowledge and avoid interactions. The only kind worker I encountered out of the 5 I had interacted with was an 80 year old man running the self check out lanes by himself (with multiple associates near by. I found out about them not taking Apple Pay after scanning in my items. What modern store doesn’t take Apple Pay. Get with the times!! The same poor man that was helping everyone at the self check requested assistance from a supervisor for my return. the supervisor was sitting down carrying on a social conversation with an associate had to be asked 3 times for help. When his attention was finally drawn he was instantly annoyed. I told him that was the worse customer service I had ever encountered he did seem to care. Oh well I won’t be back. They only had half the things in stock I needed anyway.

I recently had to switch our order of a double vanity from a pick up to a delivery because we didn't have the resources to make it happen. I was terribly nervous to ask, considering this is a big change, but Bernadette and Barbara made it seamless, easy and calmed every one of my nerves. I would highly recommend West Chester Home Depot because of these kind women!

There is an employee at this location that is rude and disrespectful to customers and other employees. To the point that I’m about to switch locations. I thought she was just having a bad day so I ignored it the first time but she’s like that every time I come in which is usually at least 3 times a week. Her name is Kandace and she works in the pro checkout. Not sure if her last name.

The West Chester Home Depot is well organized and centrally located. Often, though, departments have no one working in them. If I'm shopping there, especially in the evenings, I better know what I need in hardware, plumbing, or electrical. If I don't, the odds of getting help will be against me.

Rolly! I hope everyone encounters someone like Rolly. The world would be a much better place if every Home Depot had this level of customer service he provided me. He greeted me upon entering,and asked if I needed assistance. No more wondering aimlessly about and leaving empty handed, not with Rolly around. I needed a round, industrial strength magnet. Rolly looked it up, and told me the aisle and bay where it was located. Upon check out he greeted me again, ensured I had everything I needed and expressed happiness that I found the exact item I came in to purchase. He wished me a good evening and said he looked forward to my return. Just an outstanding, successful shopping experience. Rolly, "Nailed It."

While shopping at THE Home Depot, I ran into a store employee who is an old friend. He was very helpful.
