Had a great selection of the type of refrigerator I was looking to purchase for my basement. I went to other stores and there selection for my needs was very limited. The service was great and I was taken care of quickly.

The store is very clean. The staff is helpful and informative without being overbearing. It's easy to find a staff member to help, unlike some other stores. The cashiers are friendly and seem happy with their job. I'm planning my next project with Home Depot Westchester!

This location has always been a hub of terrific customer service, of the many trips, probably over 100, I think I have not had a single one that was bad. They even let me in the lumber department as a woman, there are other places that pretty much ignore me unless I am in the paint department, and if I am not in the paint department, they will try to direct me to the paint isles. Thanks Home Depot for letting me in more than the wallpaper section of your store, and helping me in every department! You're employees are wonderful, kudos!

Zero customer service. If you manage fo track down a floor associate(good luck)they wont know what your looking for and wont help you find it

I personally found the store personnel in appliances to help guide me through my large appliance purchases even after my 3 different visits. There was never pressure to purchase and upon planning my purchase the store even approved a price match guarantee for the LG stove and refrigerator I selected and bought at this location.

Any home improvement person should first choose Home Depot...what a cool, clean story with great employees at this location. There are many to name, like Adam D. and Dean B. What a great bunch of people! This location tops them all!!

Very rude employees, there’s probably a couple nice people who we’ve met otherwise everyone is always annoyed and not willing to help. Also if you ever have to rent a truck the help desk is crazy slow and not friendly.

Kitchen remodel; Jim Reilly, kitchen designer was AMAZING! He explained every detail and was patient with all our questions. Really made a somewhat overwhelming remodel much easier. Can't wait for our new kitchen!
