I brought a lot of beautiful flowers at Home Depot!!!

We had a fairly large list including a hot water tank, toilet and insulation and knew it would take multiple trips to haul it all home. The first associate we spoke not only said will-call was our best option she physically took us there. We shopped for what we could bring home and then put the remainder on will call where they pulled the insulation for us. Three different associates, all ladies, asked if we needed help as we went through the store and directed us to the right aisles, brought us a large cart and helped with heavy lifting, they were all great! I came back twice to fill up and they helped load the SUV. Can't say enough about how pleasant they made our trip.

I've been going to the store since they opened it.Really good experiences there.They always have everything in stock.Or they get it within a couple days?I would recommend a place very contractor friendly

It took a little work to resolve my issues, but it was done very efficiently and with care, much appreciated.

Was purchasing materials for a project and renting a truck . All staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Assistant manager John was especially great . My new favorite Home Depot!

Was treated poorly while checking out person in store had no clue what she was doing

No help to be found and when requested at SD employee had no idea of the difference of a vent register and a cover! Really??? How sad is that?

I recently started a project to sand my floors, stain and gloss. From the beginning in the paint dept. a young employee admitted she was new to the store and was quite helpful. She helped with the stain and gloss. Then, came the rental of the sander. Each time I had to rent the sander the employee was knowledgeable and helpful. Lastly, I was met by and employee when I entered the store to buy furniture pads. She told me exactly where to find them. After I found them and was heading to buy them, she again approached me to see if I found what I was looking for. I find the service here refreshing.

This location is Always Friendly and Courteous and employees are always willing to offer assistance.....Curbside pickup and Lockers are a Plus at this location. Thanks in advance!!

Great location always has what we need

Pat did a great job in appliances...we were extremely happy. Not so much with the parking lot...dangerous, spaces are too small, entrances and exists defy logic.

Always use this location because of the great customer service I receive here. Associates always helpful and go above and beyond

The store is clean and everyone seems to take their job seriously. They also recommend tools and such to make my job easier. Prices are good too. I appreciate the military discount and being thanked for my service.

Store is always clean and staff is helpful when needed. The parking area for the lumber cash registers can be very congested with cars and trucks parked in no parking areas when busy. Sometimes tempers flair.

Everyone I saw in the store from the minute I walked in to when I left were great!

Customer Service is top notch, manager is very helpful, music is upbeat, inventory is good. Employees are always willing to offer service with a smile.

This is a busy store but is always organized and has what I’m looking for.

I have always had good experiences at the West 117th street Home Depot. They have always helping find my items and it needed, showed me how to install the product. If I could not find something, I was directed to another store or a competitor with the item they did not carry -(like "The Miracle on 34th Street" Movie - Macy's Dept. Store). I have been going to this store for the past 24 years.

Help seems to run and walk away faster if I’m in their electric wheelchair…sad

Bought three rolls of painters tape expecting the bulk price on the tag. HAHAHA NOPE! Didn’t notice till the next day and moving sucks. Learn from my mistake and scrutinize everything they scan as it happens!
