The store needs to hire more people like Dave, he was very kind and worked very hard to make this trip to Home Depot a pleasant visit , he loading my rocks and pavers and took me to customer service for easy check put so he could load my car for me. The customer service person was also very pleasant ,kind and kept smiling. It helps having these kind of people to serve everyone. Thank you Home Depot

Very clean and organized and the associates were very helpful

The product I wanted was right by the door. All I had to do was go down the first aisle and find electric bulbs. Even the newest selection of LED bulbs were available down this aisle. I thought this was what most people come to the store looking for. I also loved the cashier she was pleasant and had a nice personality. We talked about it being Friday night.

I went there to pick up a washer for my bathroom faucet but you no longer carried the brand Pfiser (?) so I ended up buying a new faucet.

Supposedly 20 demo blades in stock but in fact approx. 20 framing blades scattered on each peg so it appeared to be many types of blades available. On line homer 5 gallon buckets in multiples are are $2.85 each but these packaged deals are not available in the store so we end up paying an extra 12 cents each. Ever aisle had stacks of buckets in the way. Some days you can't find an associate and when you do they can be of no help

This store is always clean and all the associates are willing to help assist.

I went in armed with knowledge of what I wanted and found my items to be in stock and readily available and was in and out in less time than expected. This included checkout.

I bought quite a bit of lumber. Thanks to the great sales associates, I was able to select, check out and load my truck in less that 20 minutes.

I love the fact that active service and service connected veterans receive a 10% discount for their military service. What I most appreciate is that the cashiers always use say these six words. "Thank you for your military service". I can't tell you how much those words mean. Thank you Home Depot for recognizing us!

My experience with this particular location was a smooth one. I needed a trenching machine that same day. I was explained the terms and conditions of the rental time involved and it was released in less than 15 minutes. I was impressed with the condition of the equipment, it gave me no trouble at all. The Home Depot from now on, is who I will choose for my rental equipment needs, thank you !

There was everything in the store that I needed to buy and more!

My recent experience was a little bit disappointing. I asked an associate is they could open the bay door to make it easier to load my vehicle with my purchases due to the fact that they were large, I was told that they will fit through the regular doors and they went about their business. I have not encountered this one previous trips. Overall the shopping trip went well and I found what I needed for my project.

Tom in the windows department was so helpful. He really took the time to explain the process of screen replacements to me and was very thorough. I also encountered other very helpful associates throughout the store who pointed me in the right direction and answered all of my questions. I would defiantly go back to this home depot again; I was very impressed with their service.

The organization along with the product availability, especially the Cree light bulbs made in the USA was super. The availability and choice of products is great. Fantastic to have a store in the City of Cleveland, rather than having to travel to the suburbs. That is much appreciated.

The employees here are awesome! Very helpful and friendly. This just makes the shopping experience that much better!
